Kazino mi je blokirao nalog. Bio sam u procesu verifikacije, ali je kazino zatvorio nalog iz sledećeg razloga:

Žao nam je što smo morali da donesemo ovu odluku. Međutim, propisi naših Uslova korišćenja su nas obavezali da je donesemo. Stoga je ona konačna i ne podleže žalbi.
Nadamo se da ćete imati prijatan dan i izvinjavamo se zbog eventualnih problema.

Pokušao/la sam da kontaktiram kazino da bih dobio/la detaljnije informacije i vratio/la iznos depozita, ali oni ne odgovaraju na moje imejlove.
Želeo bih da znam zašto su smatrali da imam više naloga kada sam se registrovao i počeo da igram u ovom kazinu u aprilu 2025. godine.
Casino blocked my account. I was in the process of verification but casino closed the account with the following reason:

I tried to contact casino to get more detailed informastion and return my deposit amount back but they don't reply to my emails.
I'd like to know why they considered that I had multiple accounts when I registered and started playing in this casino in April 2025.
