Ista stvar se desila i meni. Ne proveravaju, samo odbijaju bez gledanja dokumenta. Morao sam da razgovaram sa podrškom i da ih zamolim da pogledaju dokument. Posle toga, kažu mi: „Izvinjavamo se zbog neprijatnosti", ali ako ćemo iskreno, moj nalog je trebalo da verifikuju oni, a ako su ga odbili bez gledanja, šta to znači? Samo žele da se umorite i na kraju potrošite novac. To je psihološka strategija koju ovde ne uzimaju u obzir. S druge strane, licence zahtevaju da vaš nalog bude verifikovan pre nego što igrate. Zašto to ne rade tako? Očigledno je, zar ne? Moglo bi da se igra i dete, ali njih nije briga.
The same thing happened to me. They don't check, they just reject without looking at the document. I had to speak to support and ask them to look at the document. After that, they tell me, "We're sorry for the inconvenience," but if we're being honest, my account should have been verified by them, and if they rejected it without looking, what does that mean? They just want you to get tired and end up spending money. It's a psychological strategy that they don't take into account here. On the other hand, the licenses require that your account be verified before you play. Why don't they do it that way? It's obvious, right? It could be a kid playing, but they don't care.
Me pasó lo mismo. Ellos no revisan, solo rechazan sin mirar el documento. Yo tuve que hablar con soporte y pedirles que miraran el documento. Luego de eso me dicen "Lamentamos los incenvenientes" pero si somos honestos mi cuenta debía estar verificada por ellos y si ellos la rechazaban sin mirar que significa eso? Solo quieren que te canses y termines gastando el dinero. Es una estrategia psicologica que aqui no toman en cuenta. Por otro lado las licencias les piden que antes de que uno juegue la cuenta debería estar verificada, por que no lo hacen asi? Es obvio no? Podría ser un niño jugando pero les da igual.
