Razumem da je vaša situacija veoma nesrećna. Međutim, kladim se da je kazino u pravilima naveo da se hakovani nalozi i njihovo stanje ne mogu vratiti. Razumem kako to izgleda iz vaše perspektive.
Živimo u veoma opasnoj sajber eri i takve situacije su, nažalost, prilično česte. Kazina (ili čak banke ili državne institucije) nisu u stanju da spreče takve situacije. Banke barem nude osiguranje kako bi smanjile nastalu štetu, ali kazina su drugačija. Stoga umesto toga u pravilima navode da
„4.6. Vi ste odgovorni za sve radnje koje se izvršavaju na vašem nalogu, kao i za bezbednost vaše lozinke i za sve gubitke koji mogu nastati krivicom trećih lica."
4.7. Dužni ste da odmah obavestite kompaniju o neovlašćenom pristupu vašem nalogu i o kršenju bezbednosti. Kompanija nije odgovorna za bilo kakvu nezakonitu štetu koju prouzrokuju druga lica koja su dobila pristup vašem nalogu.
Ne verujem da vam možemo pomoći ako vam je neko hakovao nalog, što je rezultiralo gubitkom ili povlačenjem sredstava. Više informacija ćete videti u žalbi.

I understand your situation is very unfortunate. However, I bet the casino has stated in the rules that hacked accounts and their balances can't be refunded. I understand how it looks from your perspective.
We live in a very dangerous cyber era, and such situations are, sadly, quite common. Casinos (or even banks or state offices) are unable to prevent such situations. Banks at least offer insurance to reduce the harm done, but casinos are different. Hence they instead state in the rules that
"4.6. You are responsible for all actions that are carried out on your account, as well as for the safety of your password and for all losses that may be incurred through the fault of third parties.
4.7. You are obliged to immediately inform the company about unauthorized access to your account and about a security breach. The company is not responsible for any unlawful damage caused by other persons who have gained access to your account."
I don't believe we can assist you if someone hacked your account, resulting in the loss or withdrawal of funds. You shall see more in the complaint.
