Objavljujem ažuriranje u vezi sa mojim nerešenim problemom sa otplatom preko RealSpin-a.
U avgustu mi je RealSpin pismeno potvrdio da je moja otplata završena i obrađena, sa očekivanjem da će uskoro biti završena. Konkretno, 26. avgusta sam obavešten da se otplata obrađuje.
Uprkos ovoj potvrdi, nije primljena nikakva nadoknada.
Od tog vremena:
Prošlo je više od 100 dana bez rešenja
Kontaktirao/la sam [email protected] više puta od početka septembra
Podneo sam dve regulatorne žalbe, koje su obe prekoračile rok za odgovor od 30 dana, a da nije došlo do rešenja
Ćaskanje uživo me je stalno preusmeravalo nazad na podršku bez ikakve mogućnosti da eskaliram ili sprovedem dalje postupanje
Najvažnije je da je RealSpin sada putem ćaskanja uživo potvrdio da je otplata na čekanju od 26. avgusta, što je direktno suprotno onome što mi je tada rečeno.
Agent za ćaskanje uživo je potvrdio:
Da sam delovao u dobroj veri
Da je otplata na čekanju od 26. avgusta
Samo ta podrška može da „finalizuje i obradi" otplatu
Da ne postoji mehanizam za ćaskanje uživo koji bi osigurao da podrška odgovori ili reši problem
To znači:
Otplata nije završena niti obrađena u avgustu, uprkos tome što je tako predstavljena
Slučaj je ostao nerešen više od 100 dana
Regulatorna eskalacija i ponovljene praćene mere nisu rezultirale akcijom
Ne tražim preispitivanje ili ponovno razmatranje. Otplata je već potvrđena pre nekoliko meseci. Jednostavno tražim da se finalizuje i obradi, kako je prvobitno navedeno.
Delim ovo ovde radi transparentnosti i pomoći, jer svi ostali načini nisu uspeli da dovedu do rešenja.
I am posting an update regarding my unresolved repayment issue with RealSpin.
In August, RealSpin confirmed to me in writing that my repayment had been finalized and processed, with the expectation that it would be completed shortly. Specifically, I was informed on August 26th that the repayment was being processed.
Despite this confirmation, no repayment was received.
Since that time:
Over 100 days have passed with no resolution
I have contacted [email protected] repeatedly since early September
I filed two regulatory complaints, both of which exceeded the 30-day response window without resolution
Live chat has consistently redirected me back to support without any ability to escalate or enforce follow-up
Most importantly, RealSpin has now confirmed via live chat that the repayment has been pending since August 26th, directly contradicting what I was told at the time.
The live chat agent acknowledged:
That I have been acting in good faith
That the repayment has been pending since August 26th
That only support can "finalize and process" the repayment
That there is no mechanism for live chat to ensure support responds or resolves the issue
This means:
The repayment was not finalized or processed in August, despite being represented as such
The case has remained unresolved for over 100 days
Regulatory escalation and repeated follow-ups have not resulted in action
I am not asking for a review or reconsideration. The repayment was already confirmed months ago. I am simply asking for it to be finalized and processed, as originally stated.
I am sharing this here for transparency and assistance, as all other avenues have failed to produce a resolution.
