Mikki Masse hit with defamation lawsuit by Sean Perry

Mikki Mase has been hit with a defamation lawsuit by fellow poker player and gambler SeanPerry.

The self-styled "baccarat whisperer," who has made his career by claiming to have been banned by every casino in the world and having won millions of millions of dollars, has had a fraught relationship with Perry for a long time now.

The latest escalation in the pair’s relationship comes only six months after Perry previously called Mikki Mase "a fraud." According to YouTuber Spencer Cornelia, who digs into controversial figures around the gambling community, Perry filed a lawsuit against Mikki Mase and several others on August 29.

The lawsuit was filed with the Clark County District Court in Nevada. Apart from Mikki Mase, the lawsuit also names William Darnell Smith, known as Mazi, who used to work for Perry, and Charlie Cavalier.

The lawsuit seeks an undisclosed amount for financial damages. According to PokerNews and Cornelia, the filing stems from Mikki Mase’s accusation that Sean Perry sexually assaulted a woman.

These accusations took place during a Twitter Spaces conversation, which saw Perry and Mikki Mase clash once again, obviously not liking each other. Responding to these accusations when they were first leveled against him, Perry said that he would take a lie detector test and show that Mikki Mase’s accusations were "bullshit."

They could bet a million dollars, Perry volunteered testily, arguing that he had never assaulted anyone sexually or otherwise.

Interestingly, Perry did take a lie detector test but never released the results publicly. Yet, it’s not just Mikki Mase who is being named in the lawsuit, as Mazi has corroborated the story, firing off a social media post on X, and saying that it was true.

Yet, Cornelia failed to find any evidence that this had ever happened, at least in the public domain. Mazi has reiterated his accusations against Perry on at least a dozen occasions, Cornelia argued, and as a scan of his public feed shows, yet details remain scarce at best.

Mikki Mase claimed that the victim was a friend of his, and the assault took place at a party.
