Sean Perry, a poker professional who has amassed more than $6.8m from playing live games, has stirred up a new Internet drama by calling out Mikki Mase, a now-retired professional gambler who is running a sports betting consultancy for select clientele.
Perry, who has been quite a firebrand Internet personality, and has been out for blood, including against established community figureheads as Daniel Negreanu, went on the offensive against Mikki Mase in a recent X post in which he called the man "a fraud," although this was admittedly one of the mildest terms, he used to describe the 33-year-old.

Mikki Mase has been controversial in certain circles, but most of this controversy stemmed from his purported exploits as a gambler and whether he had amassed more than $32m from playing professional baccarat and other casino games over three years.
While some detractors were proven wrong, Sean Perry has attacked the King of Baccarat from another angle – that he was a fraud who owed "so many people so much money."
"Mikki Mase, you lying, scumbag, thief, criminal, who I can't event count on the hands of my two hands how many people, that I personally know, you owe money to. Here is how a real gambler talks."
Then, Perry talked about how he has won seven out of seven bets, fetching himself millions of dollars. Indeed, Perry was recording the video in front of a huge pile of greenbacks. The video then shifts to explain how Mikki Mase got started.
Perry acknowledged that the gambler had a bit of luck to begin with, prompting casinos to shower him with gifts and perks, knowing that he would end up losing the money eventually.
Perry argued that the reason why Mikki Mase was banned from all Las Vegas casinos, he argued, was not because the player was that good, but simply because he had no more money to gamble.
It’s not immediately clear what made Perry record this testy video, other than possibly the fact that he supposedly knows people who have been "defrauded" by Mikki Mase himself.
The poker player also called out Mikki Mase on his claim that casinos cheat. "They have no need to cheat you," he said tersely. "They already have it all."
Apart from the criticism and taunting, Perry said that he would take $1m in action from Mase and let him play until he has lost it all.
