White Hat Gaming has launched its Player Account Management (PAM) solution with Bally’s in Rhode Island after the state introduced regulated online gambling recently. Bally’s holds exclusivity over the online casino market which benefits the brand, but it also necessitates an impeccable offer. This is where White Hat Gaming comes in with its powerful casino product and PAM platform.
Thanks to the company’s PAM solution, Bally’s has been able to enjoy several major content integrations, making sure that the casino’s library is well-stocked and that local players indeed have a variety of games to pick from.
White Hat Gaming further stands out by virtue of its overall platform quality, providing CRM and marketing support, a dedicated proprietary cashier to facilitate transactions and instil loyalty, and 24/7 managed services, which means that Bally’s will be able to reach out to White Hat Gaming any time they want to.
To sweeten the deal, White Hat Gaming is also throwing in content from White Hat Studios, which is its content development arm, which will enliven the library and add more variety to let players have their pick.
Bally’s CEO Robeson Reeves was pleased with the opportunity and said that his company indeed valued innovation, and other business attributes such as reliability.
"The rapid integration of their feature-rich PAM and player-favorite content exemplifies why they have become a key partner across our national footprint," Reeves said of the deployment and argued that the two companies would work towards establishing a market-leading entertainment option.
Although Bally’s is uncontested in the online casino landscape in Rhode Island, the casino would still have to offer sufficiently diverse options to strike home with players who could otherwise prefer to take the several-hour drive down to New York or New Jersey.
Welcoming of the deal, White Hat Gaming CEO Phil Gelvan said that the recent tie-up demonstrated the trust that major operators in the United States put by the company and its leading position as a regional supplier.
White Hat Gaming has had a string of similar successes, introducing its PAM platform across multiple states and with different operators. In New Jersey, the company launched with Jackpocket, spearheading the latter company’s iGaming rollout in the Garden State.
As to its current partnership with Rhode Island, this is not the first time the two companies have worked together, as last year, Bally’s and White Hat Gaming launched the PAM platform together in Ohio.
