Bally’s, an interactive provider of online gaming products, has strengthened its offer further by securing a Player Account Management (PAM) system from White Hat Gaming, an established software developer of advanced solutions for the industry.
The PAM is a comprehensive product that includes a number of other tools, such as extensive payment solutions, round-the-clock customer support, various player protection options, and CRM marketing support, along with a proprietary cashier to further facilitate payments.
White Hat’s product is one of the best in its class and it brings along the Traveling Wallet, another excellent solution that helps manage payments better. The wallet’s unique feature is that it allows players from multiple states to use the same account balance, loyalty, and bonuses, further enhancing the customer experience.
Bally’s CEO Robeson Reeves welcomed the opportunity to see his company establish its footprint in the country’s interactive market further, hailing White Hat Gaming as an innovative and ambitious company.
"We are thrilled to be working with White Hat Gaming and look forward to accelerating our growth through its revolutionary platform which will aid us in becoming the premier, full-service, vertically integrated casinos and resorts, online sports betting, and iGaming company," Reeves said.
White Hat Gaming CEO Phil Gelvan was similarly excited to be bringing the PAM platform to Bally’s in Ohio and help further enhance the brand and operator’s presence. He hailed the Traveling Wallet solution and the many great features and tools that his company was bringing to the table, among which responsible gambling solutions, in-house cashier functions, and more.
This is not the first time that White Hat Gaming has been deploying its PAM solution across the United States and North America. Earlier this year, the company agreed and negotiated a similar partnership with Jackpocket. White Hat Gaming is a leading iGaming platform that builds flexible and reliable solutions for the industry.
The company brings content from more than 130 studios and it’s a software provider that is built around the idea of offering partner operators a robust platform they can use to spearhead their growth in lucrative markets. Meanwhile, the company’s content arm, White Hat Studios, has been putting its mark on the United States as well, expanding with PokerStars.
