The largest daily fantasy sports operator in North America, PrizePicks, announced a new activation that will see the delivery of unique original content.

Earlier this week, the company confirmed it joined forces with Drew "Druski" Desbordes, the multitalented comedian and actor.

Under the terms of the new collaboration, Druski was designated as a brand ambassador for PrizePicks.

Per the activation, the comedian and actor will help create new original online content.

Druski will collaborate with PrizePicks for new co-branded merchandise, as well as engaging one-of-a-kind experiences that will benefit the daily fantasy sports community.

Additionally, the multitalented comedian will participate in different advertising campaigns across the country.

A mutually beneficial partnership

The new agreement sees PrizePicks become a title sponsor for Durski's Inaugural Coulda Fest, scheduled for September 7 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

In a statement released by PrizePicks, Druski spoke about the excitement joining forces with the largest daily fantasy sports operator for the North American region brings.

"I'm fired up to work with PrizePicks, we've done some cool stuff over the years and I'm excited to keep it coming," he explained.

Moreover, Druski added: "Coulda Fest is a celebration of Atlanta's culture that brings us back to the special times in our city's history with a night of music and comedy."

Desbordes said that he is looking forward to introducing this unique concept that is unlike anything else presented before.

Last but not least, the actor and comedian thanked PrizePicks for their support.

The agreement will deliver engaging experiences, unique content and merchandise

According to PrizePicks, its collaboration with Druski began "organically."

This is because the comedian engaged in daily fantasy sports with the operator and once this happened, the two sides agreed to build on that relationship.

The activation between Druski and PrizePicks will see the creation of social skits which is a new original short-form series on YouTube.

The unique content, exclusive merchandise and exciting community events will help promote PrizePicks while also bumping up the popularity of Druski.

Ultimately, the activations will benefit football fans, as well as daily fantasy sports players.

Earlier this month, PrizePicks announced the appointment of Mike Ybarra to the key role of Chief Executive Officer.

The company hired the services of the former President of Blizzard Entertainment after Adam Wexler, PrizePicks' Founder and CEO, confirmed his intention to transition to an Executive Chairman position.
