Mihnea Dobre steps in as EveryMatrix's new CTO

EveryMatrix continues to strengthen the company’s executive suite as it experiences an unprecedented growth across all of its verticals. Moving forward, Mihnea Dobre, an iGaming veteran, will step into the important role of Chief Technology Officer, and help the company steer its operations from its hub in Bucharest, Romania.

Dobre has risen through the ranks and moved from the role of Head of IT Governance to assume a far more important role within the organization and orchestrate the entire technology division, which will allow him to plan and align the company’s capabilities with its global ambitions.

Dobre has more than a decade of experience working as part of the EveryMatrix family, and as such, he is privy to its needs and ambitions, faults, and strengths. His career started as Head of Incident Management with a team of only four members, but his capabilities to be a self-starter and deliver impactful company-wide solutions have quickly singled him out as an important pillar of the company’s further development and strength.

Fast forward to 2024, and EveryMatrix has never been in a better position, reporting record-setting growth across the board. Commenting on his appointment, Dobre admitted that he was very excited to be assuming this responsible role., arguing that it goes simply beyond his job title.

"Taking on this role was a no-brainer – I jumped at the chance to make a difference with creativity and fresh thinking and am genuinely thankful for the trust given to me. I can't wait to roll up my sleeves with the team, crafting the future one step at a time," he effused as part of an official press release.

His appointment was naturally welcomed by the company’s own top guy, EveryMatrix CEO Ebbe Groes who welcomed Dobre in the new position and once again spoke highly about the company’s tremendous growth over the years and is to follow next. "His expertise will ensure the seamless management of operations, crucial in upholding the high service standards our customers demand," Groes added, referring to Dobre’s experience and commitment to EveryMatrix.

Most recently, EveryMatrix expanded its reach in Peru, with the company seeking to establish its footprint locally and continue to build on its legacy as a top-tier supplier of technological solutions for the gambling sector.
