Two people discussing business.

Kambi Group plc and LeoVegas Group will continue to work together as a part of an ongoing online sportsbook partnership that has just been extended. Kambi is hailed as one of the foremost sports betting partners when it comes to tech, whereas LeoVegas Group operates a number of popular brands that focus on gaming and sports wagering.

The terms of the extended agreement align with the previously-negotiated partnership, which will see Kambi continue to provide LeoVegas Group with a range of advanced and innovative sportsbook technology, solutions, and services. Among those is Bet Builder, a dedicated and cutting-edge product that is based on powerful artificial intelligence technology.

This opportunity was welcomed by Kambi Co-founder and CEO Kristian Nylén who expressed his enthusiasm to be working with LeoVegas, a long-standing and world-leading partner in all matters of sports gambling:

"We are delighted to extend our sportsbook partnership with LeoVegas Group, a world-leading operator with a strong track record of success. Renewing this partnership for a second time is a further testament to the strength of Kambi’s cutting-edge technology and services as we continue to pioneer next-generation betting entertainment for players across the globe."

The partnership was originally inked back in 2016 and it was renegotiated once already. This is the second time that the two companies have confirmed their readiness to work together and continue to collaborate. This new extension now covers the LeoVegas and BetUK brands, as well as expekt, which was recently relaunched in Denmark.

LeoVegas Group has not shown any intention to relent in its pursuit of technology and opportunities in the sports betting vertical, which it has identified as one of its most significant markets to date. Last year alone, the company reported a 30% gain in online sports betting revenue.

LeoVegas Group Director of Sports Strategy Per Carlander was similarly excited about the opportunity. He said that the expansion of the tech betting partnership had excellent timing as it would also assist the company in further developing its expekt and BetUK brands. Carlander reaffirmed LeoVegas’ mission to provide customers with the best possible experience. The previous market extension was signed in August 2020.
