The leader in AI-driven autonomous player management, AxiumAI, strengthened its team with a new senior-level appointment.
This week, the company announced it hired the former Entain executive, Claire Painting.
Joining AxiumAI, the seasoned gaming and betting industry executive will serve as the company's Chief Experience Officer (CXO).
Painting's appointment comes at a time when more operators are shifting toward AI-driven player engagement and AxiumAI seeks to strengthen its senior-leadership team.
Bolstering its C-suite, the company remains laser-focused on growing and enhancing its autonomous player engagement capabilities.
At the same time, AxiumAI continues to support gambling operators by offering real-time, 1:1 personalized player experiences, proven to boost engagement, retention and long-term value.
Adam Lewis, AxiumAI's Chief Executive Officer, spoke with excitement about the latest senior-level appointment, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.
"Claire brings exceptional expertise in player engagement across marketing, product and customer experience," he said.
Finally, Lewis pointed out: "Combined with her ability to connect teams and technology around the player, she is uniquely positioned to lead this area at AxiumAI. She will play a key role as we continue to build intelligent, customer-led solutions for operators globally."
Overall, Painting has more than two decades of experience in the global betting and gaming vertical.
Before joining the C-suite at AxiumAI, she was most recently employed at Entain, the globally recognizable gaming and entertainment company.
During her tenure at Entain, Painting served as Director of Player Experience.
In that role, she oversaw a multi-functional team of more than 100 experts located in the UK, Manila and Gibraltar, among other locations.
Painting spoke with excitement about the opportunity to join AxiumAI and serve as the company's new CXO.
"The future of player experience will be defined by technology that understands context, adapts in real-time and delivers meaningful interaction at scale," she explained.
Finally, Painting pointed out: "AxiumAI is building that capability, and I am excited to help shape autonomous engagement that will inspire players and drive step-change growth for operators."
