The leading supplier of quality solutions, content and technology, powering online betting, gaming and land-based operators, Light & Wonder (L&W), announced a new partnership with Golden Nugget. Under the terms of the new agreement, the iGaming content and solutions supplier agreed to deliver its L&W ENGAGE Enterprise Loyalty Platform solution, powering Golden Nugget's 24K Select Club loyalty program. As a result, the company's premium loyalty program, applicable to its properties across the United States, will benefit from the innovative solution.
Currently, L&W ENGAGE is known as a system agnostic enterprise loyalty platform, which delivers a range of efficiencies, powering gaming and betting operators. What's included under the new collaboration is a component known as L&W ENGAGE Bridge, which "offers seamless compatibility with any Casino Management System (CMS) within the L&W portfolio or non-L&W systems," as explained in a statement released by L&W.
Gerry Del Prete, the Chief Operating Officer, Gaming at Fertitta Entertainment, the holding company and conglomerate that includes investments in organizations such as the Golden Nugget, Landry's and the Huston Rockets, shared his excitement about the latest activation with L&W. "The integration of L&W and non-L&W core software components through L&W ENGAGE Bridge demonstrates what is possible in creating seamless, captivating experiences for our guests," he explained. Additionally, the executive pointed out: "This integration allows for an effortless, consistent player journey, bridging the gap between different systems."
Jon Wolfe, Light & Wonder's President of Global Systems and Service, was just as excited about the latest activation. "Light & Wonder is committed to innovation and excellence and with L&W ENGAGE Bridge, we're not just integrating systems, we're creating experiences," he explained. Finally, Wolfe said: "This integration demonstrates our commitment to providing technological solutions that elevate the player experience, enhanced customer satisfaction and operational fluidity to guide our customers to achieving their business objectives."
According to L&W, the integration of its innovative solution will bolster the experiences of Golden Nugget players. Besides benefitting from unique experiences, the customers will be able to redeem Golden Nugget Casino comp dollars via more than 600 Landry's venues across the country. While the deal is undoubtedly going to benefit Golden Nugget, it further propels the footprint of L&W, solidifying the company's position as a go-to supplier for the gambling sector.
