GiG selects Matthew Saxon for Chief Technology Officer role

On Monday, the company announced it selected the experienced iGaming executive, Matthew Saxon, for the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Platform and Sportsbook. The new appointment marks another strategic hire for GiG as it strengthens its executive team for its Platform and Sportsbook which is guided by CEO Richard Carter.

Overall, Saxon brings more than three decades of experience within the financial and iGaming industries. He is a proven technical leader with a track record. Saxon's strategic guidance helped many companies over the last 30 years and his expertise proved to be vital when developing AI-driven tools, sportsbooks and platforms. Moreover, he played an important role in the creation of different services, as well as products.

As a part of GiG's C-suite, Saxon will oversee the technical side of the company's Platform and Sportsbook. He will be in charge of its engineering strategy and also spearhead the development of new innovative features and solutions. Additionally, Saxon will play an important role in the company's GiG Logic and GiG Data tools.
