Christiane Gäb promoted to Director of People & Culture role at InnoGames

The German developer of mobile and browser games based in Hamburg, InnoGames, strengthened its C-suite with the promotion of Christiane Gäb to the role of Director of People & Culture. News about the new promotion emerged Monday and see the seasoned expert in HR elevate her role after collaborating with the company as an HR Business Partner since January this year. In her new role as head of HR, Gäb is going to oversee strategic processes and report to Michael Zillmer, the company's COO and Co-founder.

Overall, Gäb has nearly three decades of experience within the HR vertical. Her career started with Tchibo GmbH back in 1994 when she was appointed to the role of HR Officer. After that, she held an HR Manager role with SGS ControllCo m.b.H before transitioning to Techniker Krankenkasse where she served as HR Manager, as well as Consultant to the Head HR. Gäb was a part of Techniker Krankenkasse for more than a decade and oversaw personnel consulting, as well as recruitment.

Back in 2011, she founded the consulting company that focuses on business coaching and mediation, CMG Business Coaching + Mediation. This company enabled Gäb to further expand her experience and become widely recognizable within the HR vertical.

Her professional background includes a People & Culture Advisor and P&C Business Partner Continental Europe roles at A-Gas Deutschland GmbH. She held those roles between 2019 and 2022 before joining InnoGames as an HR Business Partner at the start of this year.
