EveryMatrix, the company behind such cutting-edge iGaming solutions as CasinoEngine and SlotsMatrix, has now launched a new solution, LoyaltyEngine, designed to boost player engagement and retention through gamification, Casino Guru News learned in an email press release.
The new loyalty solution is a great way for players to engage with a diverse range of solutions designed specifically to boost lifetime value, and engagement, and enhance brands’ offering through tailored and bespoke solutions.
Loyalty Engine is designed to offer flexible and configurable game levels, introduces an experience points and coins system, and tailors prizes based on the level of attainment and achievement by individual players.
With a massively flexible selection, players can enjoy an innovative slice of iGaming fun all brought through EveryMatrix’s advanced and ambitious new solution.
The company has used both human observation and advanced algorithms to bring personalized rewards and create a shop-based system that engages players and allows them to turn their gameplay into an opportunity to win something additionally on top of their regular gameplay.
More bespoke experiences, such as branded merchandise and goods, VIP perks, and exclusive promotions are all part of the offer. Of course, LoyaltyEngine will draw from EveryMatrix’s 30,000 games, and 330 game studio partners.
Commenting on the new solution, EveryMatrix CEO Casino, Stian Enger Pettersen, had this to add:
"LoyaltyEngine will have an instant EveryMatrix effect on our customers’ brands, strengthening the relationship they have with their players by offering richer experiences through gamification and personalized rewards, while equally benefiting operators with seamless integration and real-time data insights and reporting."
Pettersen explained that this was not exactly a novelty product, as EveryMatrix has had years of experience building exclusive gamification and loyalty solutions. LoyaltyEngine, however, will bring these efforts under the same roof and make it easier for partner brands to benefit from these solutions as well.
The news comes shortly after EveryMatrix announced that it is attempting to buy out Fantasma Games, a prominent and highly innovative iGaming studio, for €18.5m in a deal that is most likely to be accepted by Fantasma shareholders.
The company also set a record for 2023 in terms of financial results, but the company is in all likelihood going to surpass those resorts in the latest financial year, which has already been showing stronger-than-expected performance.
