The famous English football club based in Burnley, Lancashire, UK, Burnley Football Club, announced it renewed its agreement with BK8, the leading provider of casino gaming and sports betting entertainment. Announced Friday, the renewed collaboration keeps BK8 as the team's Official Training Wear partner.
Thanks to the new agreement, BK8 will benefit from increased brand exposure via Burnley FC's men's and women's training wear. Additionally, the betting and gaming company will benefit from branding via the team's digital channels and LED signage at Turf Moor.
According to a statement released by Burnley FC, the new collaboration was facilitated via Outlast Sports & Entertainment, a leading provider of solutions that help operators and brands complete different campaigns. Salauddin Sinnakandu, Outlast Sports & Entertainment's CEO, commented on the topic saying: "We are delighted to witness the successful continuation of this partnership." Finally, he pointed out: "We are fully committed to fostering a strong, collaborative relationship and expanding this exceptional collaboration with the club and the brand."
The latest agreement builds upon an initial collaboration announced by the duo. Back in August, Burnley FC initially selected BK8 as its Official Training Wear partner. This collaboration enabled the betting and gaming company to support community activities of the Club's official charity, Burnley FC in the Community. Now, thanks to the renewed agreement, BK8 will continue to support different charity activities throughout the season.
Michael Gatt, BK8's EMEA Managing Director, was excited about the renewed collaboration. "We are thrilled to further strengthen our strategic partnership with Burnley FC, a Club that exemplifies resilience and has shown great determination in achieving success throughout last season," he said. Gatt added: "The tenacity of the Club aligns perfectly with our company's ambition."
BK8's EMEA Managing Director pointed out that the company is excited to continue its collaboration with the famous football club and explained that it will deliver thrilling experiences and provide a boost for different community initiatives. Finally, Gatt said that the renewed agreement builds upon a strong foundation and predicted a "lasting and positive impact."
Stuart Hunt, Burnley FC's Director, was similarly delighted about the renewed agreement with BK8 and said that the Club is looking forward to collaborating with the gaming and betting company. "In addition to the training wear sponsorship, the company is supportive of our charitable activities and is passionate about growing women’s football, which are key strategic areas for us as a Club," he added. Finally, Hunt said that the Club is awaiting progress within the aforementioned areas thanks to the new partnership.
