I recently experienced major problems with the Dice Jackpot on TrustDice that raise questions about fairness and transparency.

1. Consecutive Wins, Same Payout

I hit the USDT jackpot twice in a row (Aug 24 and Aug 25, 2025) with 2 USDT bets.

Both times, the payout was exactly 2.712 USDT, which is impossible if the pool is truly growing with every bet.

2. Displayed Pool vs Actual Pool

On my screen, the USDT jackpot pool showed about 59,333 USDT.

Support told me the payout was calculated from only 339.05 USDT.

That’s a 175× difference. Which one is real?

3. Contribution Mismatch

From Aug 20–24, I wagered over 70,000 USDT myself.

At a 7% contribution rate, at least 4,900 USDT should have been added to the USDT pool.

Yet the pool was said to be only 339 USDT, which makes no mathematical sense.

4. BTC Pool Inconsistency

A support agent claimed my screenshot was showing the BTC pool.

But when I switched to BTC, the pool displayed was 3.6 BTC, which did not match.

This shows displayed values are inconsistent across currencies.

5. Contradictory Payout Formulas

Different support agents gave me three different payout formulas:

(Bet ÷ 250) × Pool

(Bet ÷ Max Bet) × Pool

(Bet ÷ Max Bet) × 0.8 × 100

None matched the actual payout of 2.712 USDT.

The sudden appearance of "×100" in the last formula seems arbitrary and unjustified.

TrustDice promotes "Provably Fair" games, but in my case:

The displayed jackpot pool does not match the actual payout basis

Support gave contradictory explanations

Large wagers did not reflect in the pool size

Two consecutive jackpots paid out the same tiny amount

This strongly suggests either a system error or misleading UI.

Until TrustDice provides official logs (pool history, reset records, Provably Fair data), I cannot consider the jackpot system trustworthy.
