Veronika Fritz

Veronika is one of Casino Guru's complaint specialists. As part of the First Response Team, she handles players' complaints early on, asks the necessary questions, and tries to assist the players before moving the complaints to the resolvers and inviting the casino to participate. Prior to joining Casino Guru, Veronika shared her translating services with several publishers, translating literature for children and youth, fiction for adults, but also popular non-fiction literature about medicinal herbs, animals, yoga and fashion.

In her free time, Veronika likes to read, paint, and listen to music. Occasional baking brings her a lot of joy, and whenever she needs to recharge, hiking, cycling, and nature in general are some of her go-to activities. Veronika’s favorite food? Potato dumplings with sheep cheese.
