Before I start let me tell you that I have screen shots of the entire convo with them. I have all the emails and the coupon that it involves. Basically I signed up and got the bonus $200. I used that and played until I had won over $600. All of a sudden I see a prompt show up and say I met the criteria for the coupon and my $600+ got turned into $50. I tried to withdraw but had to start the verification process , which I started. While waiting for that I decided to play with the $50 that was mine….. long story short I turned that into over $2100, and I got approved for the withdrawal. Once I started to go and do the withdrawal, a prompt showed by saying I can’t take the money and I contacted support and they stole the entire $2100 out of my account.

Yes I can log in, I got approved for the account verification and the entire convo was done through messages and the last bit of it through email.

Thank you for the clarification. However, as per our Fair Gambling Codex, we do not believe that this confiscation is justified.

We firmly believe that access to any games restricted from use with a bonus should be prevented by the casino software. In this way, the possibility for a player to make a mistake is removed.

If for some reason the casino software does not allow for this restriction, the games should be set up in such a way that they do not contribute to the wagering requirements of the bonus, meaning that no benefit can be obtained by playing them.

If the restricted games are still accessible with the use of an active bonus, they should be set with a 0% wagering contribution as mentioned above. We do not consider it fair to confiscate winnings for playing a game that is available to be played.
