My experience is that of someone who uploaded a considerable sum to an online gambling site, won a significant amount (€5000), but had serious problems withdrawing the money due to deceptive practices of the site. The goal is for this complaint to reach the competent authorities in a clear and understandable way, to stop the fraudulent practices of the site.
What will we get?
Even if we don't get a refund, our goal is to cause financial and reputational damage to the company, forcing them to reconsider their practices. Our class action will certainly have more impact than a single complaint, and their reputation will be damaged. Soon, everyone will know who they are and will avoid them, reducing their business.
Next steps:
I will start sending this complaint to all the relevant authorities including GCB, LOK, AML/CFT and other gambling regulators. It's time to stop them and stop exploiting people!

Cosa otterremo?
Anche se non riceveremo il rimborso, il nostro obiettivo è causare danni economici e di reputazione all’azienda, spingendola a rivedere le sue pratiche. La nostra azione collettiva avrà sicuramente più impatto di un reclamo singolo, e la loro reputazione sarà compromessa. In poco tempo, tutti sapranno chi sono e li eviteranno, riducendo il loro business.
