They gave timeframe of 10-15 days but now almost 20+ days and today again i talked with bc customer service they said just wait for our support team response. They are not serious filefilefile

As I said, you will have to wait for the development of the case. I know it's not nice, but we can't thank you for what the casino wrote. I think if you sent them everything they needed to know, it would be nice if they could figure something out. I have no idea what might be going on but as I said, we are trying to help you.

I received email and completed both step which they required . I already verified account ownership and sent deposit payment proof to bc support . But now not received any response file

Yes, it is indeed good that you sent them what was needed. But you'll have to get people from the casino to sort this out. 

Also, in your interest, I would ask that you not share any personal stuff with your full name or anything like that, so that it doesn't accidentally get misused. You can post such things in your complaint where they can be hidden from others.

i sent 15+ email to bc support team after very late I got response on email and they said for deposite issue chat on bc application customer service .



Sir i have pending deposited payment on bc game. I made this order on 10 January 2025 but still amount is not reflected in my bc account . Customer service everyday giving same excuse merchant not received money and you will get refund after 7 days automatically. But now more than 40 days still not received any refund. This is not small amount. I requested soo many time to customer service provide me merchant account statement and they clearly said no . I contacted with my bank customer service and they sent me payment confirmation email there clearly mentioned payment successfully paid to merchant account. And I shared this email to bc customer service but still not getting solution. If this is reality merchant not received money then why they can't providing me merchant bank account Statement so i can send as a proof to my bank.

Please help me my last hope is you . I have already 4 orders pending which total orders amount is 13k INR .

Please you are my last hope help me sir .

I am begging for my money. I m sharing order number and payment proof also.

Now they are saying they can't investigate my pending deposit orders . And that time everyday everyone saying wait sir i raised ticket our back end support team is working but after some days they said they can't investigate my pending orders

I'm glad that the first part of the problem is solved, now I see that you have the second part. It's good that you wrote to the complaint and Petronela will try to help you, since I don't solve complaints. 

However, I would ask you not to share bank information or personal details on the forum. only share it in the complaints section, you never know who might find out if you leave it freely available here. I hope your case gets resolved and your deposit gets sorted out.
