Have you tried to get in touch with your bank, by the way? If I'm not mistaken here, your bank transaction history shows two separate payments, while only one of those made it to the casino account.

I recall a quite similar case; it occurred in a different casino, and the player accidentally confirmed the payment twice since the first authorization looked like it was non-working. Upon confirming the second attempt, though, his banking account has been changed twice. I remember he claimed only the second made it to the casino.

Well, one way or another, I would consult with your bank. Are you up to it?

They say I have to contact the company that has charged me, Norwegian authorities and banks are not very happy with online casinos outside Norway, the casinos are aware of this, so they use a third party when I use visa to hide that it is a casino. The second time they charge my account it doesn't happen right away, but after a few days. I contacted the casino with photo evidence and they said they would look into it.

And is it the same payment provider as the first one, right? Have you tried to contact them, by any chance?

In any case, it seems like a problem with merchant codes that are not accurate and are used by businesses to conceal the actual nature of the payment. Given how urgent this issue is, it makes sense that numerous players in circumstances similar to your own have been talking about it for some time.

You could check out the thread here 👈 if you would like, or you could just read it without commenting. Sadly, not all players have received their deposits back, though some of them have been successful.

It's just an idea, though.

So you have better experience with this casino than the player to whom you replied. Did you have to do any verification here or not ? Did you use crypto as a payment method ? Did you also play with some bonuses or you don't like them ? 🙂

I used to love this casino but they have lowered the rtp on many of the games they offer.

They switched from labeling slots rtp% to house edge% I guess they figured most people wont math. I noticed lots of slots that were above 96%rtp were now almost at 6%house edge. That math isnt mathing!

I dont know if game provider offer differnt versions of games and they just switched to the lower rtp versions? Or if they are able to somehow change it?

I just stopped playing there so i didnt investegate too much into which all games. I do know this is on many slots though and from multiple differnt game providers.

This just opens up all kinds of question for me on casinos and there legitimacy.

Ive now noticed rtp variance on lots of the same slots at differnt casinos. And not all high or all low either each casino has some higher and some lower on differnt games.

To be safe best to check each game at each casino. Which is a pain because lots dont list it and you have to go into game menu to see. Atleast Winz.io does have it posted before you start game!

which said that I was denied payment and all my money was confiscated under a fictitious pretext !!! They did not explain anything to me, no specifics why my money was taken! The casino just decided so and took my money! THIS is the biggest scam! the operator in the online chat said that the management decided so and nothing else was written! I have nothing to hide, I am an honest player! I have all the screenshots that the management of this casino simply does not care about its players! They do what they want!
