Hmm from the screenshots I understand that the deposit should be rolled 1x for AML that's fine. You said you broke max bet but I see from the next screenshot that your bet was €2 which shouldn't be a problem for me. I don't think it's right that they took your money because you can still spin 1x deposit even after winning, so it's good that you filed a complaint. Let's see how our team will approach it.

However, I am still thinking that you may have fulfilled this condition if you managed to withdraw. Otherwise you should not be allowed to do it. Has the money arrived in your account or not yet ?

Jaro I will write back when everything is sort out the vip manager helped a lot but at the moment I'm not able to withdrawal I'm still waiting

Certainly, that's a good point and there's probably no need to close the complaint yet unless everything is fine. 

Anyway, you can definitely mention that you have some progress, but if you tell Nick that the issue is still not resolved and you would like to keep the complaint open until the money is in your account, then there will be no issue with that. 

Hopefully you will be able to get the rest of the funds and enjoy them.

I går kväll vann jag €2700 i N1 online casino. Efter timmars diskussion med supportchatten och uppladdning av ett 40-tal dokument fick jag äntligen en bekräftelse från supporten att mitt konto nu var helt verifierat och att jag kunde göra ett uttag. Jag fick också ett e-postmeddelande om att mitt konto nu var helt verifierat.


Jag gjorde detta och ville få 2700 € utbetalda till mitt konto. Några timmar senare avvisades detta igen och supportchatten sa igen att jag var tvungen att verifiera mitt konto och ladda upp adressbevis trots att jag redan gjort detta för länge sedan och kontot redan var helt verifierat.


Dessa chattbots hjälper mig inte alls, det finns inget telefonnummer och jag känner att jag blir lurad. Finns det något sätt att nå en riktig person från N1 som kan lösa detta problem åt mig?


Eller kan någon här på forumet kanske hjälpa mig?

Also the description saying the chat is available 24/ 7 yet thamks to this holy holiday time, I guess the chatbot was covering the most of the questions.

I'd say you have to wait a bit longer to get in touch with a real person. 🙁

I'm sorry I could not find something more solid. Do update us frequently, please. At least it would be good to understand the matter with the second verification.
