Does anyone have an Idea how long Luckywolf takes to Verify your account/FICA details. I have been waiting 4 days and the Current Verification status just shows - Processing.

I cannot access the account or anything because of this.

I opened a new account and sent them some messages through that account, they linked it up with my account and sent me an email. sent new documents and all sorted

Hmm, in that case, I would be careful if a similar problem occurs some other time in another casino. Because if you create another account it can have a negative impact and the casino can accuse you of multiple accounts. But if it was okay in this case, then I'm glad you were able to resolve it.

Hi. I've been waiting for almost 4 days now and still it shows processing. I messaged them and they told me I should wait 48h. It's been over 48h. I still have credit in my account and can't access my funds. Is there anyone from lucky wolf that can assist verify my account.

To be honest, no one working outside the casino may help you verify your account. It is sad, but the KYC may take some time and many casinos do not perform this task during the weekends. Could also be the case, I guess.
