From what I'm reading, the casino keeps giving you a different answer, which I find quite puzzling. Is this your first casino withdrawal? Have you tried asking if it would help to change the payment method?

This is truly one of the best casinos I have visited. There are many games and many payment methods. I haven't had any issues yet, I don't have to wait long for withdrawals, and if I have a question, tech support is quick to respond via chat, although there have been a few times when I've had to wait a long time for an email response

På 3 veckor tog jag ut 400€ på mifinity, varefter de tog bort alla uttagsmetoder och lämnade bara kryptovaluta, efter många e-postmeddelanden fick jag ytterligare 400 usdt och betalningarna stoppades, igår svarade supporten att de skulle behandla en uttagsbegäran och resten skulle vara behandlas från måndag, men det fanns inget uttag, de fungerar inte på lördag och söndag, detta casino är en fullständig bluff. De sa att de fixade betalningsmetoden, varefter de avbröt 3 uttagsbegäranden. Jag rekommenderar starkt inte att göra en insättning på detta casino, om du vinner väntar du på en betalning i flera månader åtminstone, eller så får du ingenting alls. Kasinot väntar specifikt på att du ska förlora allt och spelar på spelarnas nerver.

I can see in your complaint that you mentioned the casino has some technical issues, though. Do you know if they were able to fix those already?

Alla spelare skriver om dessa problem, oavsett vilka klagomål jag läser. Jag tror att det inte är några problem och de skriver detta som en mall för alla. Unfortunately, it is really hard for us to know if they really have some technical issues as they say, or they don't, as you think.

I can see in your complaint that they are already working on your payment, and as soon as the casino pays their customers, there is no reason to blacklist this casino, I believe.

I can understand that it is not easy for you as a player that you need to wait a bit longer for your payment, but hopefully soon it will all be resolved.

May I ask how many days it is exactly from your withdrawal request now?🤔

Sedan 23.10.2024 var 3 ansökningar på gång, en ansökan betalades igår, även om de skrev att de skulle behandla den i sin helhet. De återstående 2 ansökningarna är fortfarande under behandling

Klagomålet innehåller 2 skärmdumpar av betalningar för $400 och $432. Den första ansökan behandlades manuellt från deras konton, och den andra, enligt dem, skickades via DEX-börsen som de nyligen lade till, men de skickande plånböckerna är desamma, samma adress.

Det andra argumentet, det fanns inga betalningar eftersom jag spelade på mitt konto under bearbetningsperioden för begäran, och kasinot väntade bara på att jag skulle förlora allt och ville därför inte betala. Så fort jag inte spelade slots på 2 dagar började betalningarna.


Även på fredagen i förra veckan rapporterade de att de behandlade en betalning, men alla ansökningar var under behandling, ingen ändrade statusen "under behandling".

In addition to the withdrawals, I discovered that the actual withdrawal limits were another problem.

Dont think ill be part of this forum anymore.


If I cant write a negative review because they have bad KYC experience then Im just not going to be part of a forum that protects a casino for affiliate money.


You guys approve good reviews no problem but when I write a bad one you guys do everything you can to decline it.


Try protecting the players instead of trashy casinos.

Hey. There is no reason for you to say that you are leaving this forum right away, in my opinion.

We surely do approve negative reviews, and you can see it also from your history of user reviews that you actually wrote on our website. Right? 🤷‍♀️

But this one I have to take on me for sure. It was a kind of wrong evaluation from my side, and luckily I have good colleagues that come every time to put it on the right path, as I could say.

So, with all this said, your user review is approved, even though it's a negative one (joking, of course), and next time I will surely give my full attention so I don't make this kind of hiccup again.

Yeah I get notifications on my watch so I can be pretty quick.


There has been a few reviews you guys have declined and I dont think they should have been. Whether its verification, slow payouts, bonus experience. It is MY experience and feelings of the casino and should always be valid. The casino can respond. 1 users review wont affect a rating.


Im not sure if I will play here anymore. I get really annoyed when casinos act extreme. Making me write things on a piece of paper and hold it to my face for absolutely no reason at all is ridiculous and invasive. Over $200. Then 5 days to approve payout.
