That sounds pretty unpleasant and definitely not good. When did you request your withdrawal?

Requested my withdrawal on Friday (05/12) and instantly was notified about KYC docs which where sent instantly but yet still no word back after chasing through ‘support’ and ‘complaint’ email addresses located on site over the past few days.


very frustrating and at a loss now on where to go next 🙁

We give casinos 14 days for the selection and KYC process. If you are close to the deadline and have not heard anything from the casino and nothing has moved forward, then please let us know and we will try to assist you.

I think that will probably be the best solution.

Since this is a new casino for us and we have not yet reviewed it, we don't know much about it, but you can always ask for help.

Hello all,


slight update from my experience - I have had a email back around an additional KYC doc from compliance. So at least they are active in some way. I have still had no response from the support team but I won’t be too picky!

Just wanted to add an update here to keep track of progress. I will update again if I hear anything back.

Problemet är att när verifieringen är klar händer ingenting längre. Inga mejl har besvarats på en vecka och ingen betalning har behandlats.

Hi Roberto - sorry to hear we are in the same boat and thanks for letting me know that completed KYC verification doesn’t seem to get us any further!

I will keep trying with the support channels and if doesn’t work I can raise a complaint as Jaro suggested.
