Hi there.

So, the problem is that the casino claims the money was sent to you yet you have not received the amount. Did I get it correctly, please?

In my opinion, you should take the latest transaction history, send it to casino and demand the transaction to be identified. I would also contact the banking provider and ask whether the transfer was accepted on their side.

If the casino keeps ignoring you, I would suggest submitting a complaint. Are you familiar with this option?

I’m in the same position with company struggling to get a withdrawal processed I actually want to place bets but always test the withdrawal process at the earliest possible stage

To wait for a withdrawal over a month and when verification is not needed, as you said, is really way too long.

How are you coping?

God morgon, för 15 dagar sedan gjorde jag ett uttag på 500 euro på funbet casino och jag har skickat 10 mejl. Jag pratar med supporten varje dag och jag kan inte komma på vad som händer. Mitt uttag visas fortfarande som under granskning. Jag har all information korrekt. De informerar mig inte om någonting och chatten sätter bara sina bots på och säger allt att det tar 1 till 3 arbetsdagar. Jag säger till dem att 10 arbetsdagar har gått och att de fortsätter att säga samma sak.

If the casino hasn't said what's behind the delay and you don't know anything and you're talking to a bot, I'd probably think about opening a complaint.

Enough! Been more than a month now that I'm trying to get my money of of that site - to no avail! Avoid at ALL costs. Two withdrawals frozen and cant request more (which doesnt even align with their ToS)

They won't verify my account because they want proof of ownership of my crypto wallet showing FULL NAME, BIRTHDAY DATE, ADDRESS, PHONE NR, WALLET NR (?!), EMAIL. Well too bad a normal anonymous LEDGER crypto wallet does not provide any of that. Support is useless. My VIP manager (that used to even call me on phone) does not reply anymore. I offered them a selfie with my wallet open in the back, they dont care. Yes they surely don't know how crypto works as a crypto casino. This is the most BS reason to not pay anyone. Should be shut down NEVER play here!!!!!!!

After reading your post, I really hope that our team will be able to help and solve this complaint of yours.

It is way too long to wait for a withdrawal and be asked to provide all this information.

Please provide us with any update about the whole situation whenever possible.

Thanks a lot, will do. I probably should have posted this earlier but I really tried to solve it somehow with the scarcely replying support/help. No matter if I get paid eventually or not this behaviour is unacceptable! Scum!

As of today I have been fully paid and my VIP manager apologized. However I can not recommend the casino as for all the hoops I had to jump through. Furthermore the timing strongly indicates that they only get going when one is willing to go the extra mile and damage their reputation by exposing them. If it was a genuine mistake by the finance department (however that could possibly happen) the way I was ghosted and the weeks it took to get any answer let alone a fruitful one is just a massive NO-GO. However I've now been paid so for me the issue is resolved. Still better to avoid this place.

Det är synd att 7000 euro blockerats i 15 dagar utan några nyheter.

Ingen information om anledningen, de ber dig att ha tålamod utan att ge dig några skäl. De är det värsta casinot jag någonsin spelat på. Jag hoppas att du kan varna alla som besöker plattformen för att inte satsa ens en euro.

Jag begärde mitt uttag den 17 juni 2025. Tolv arbetsdagar har nu gått, och mina uttag har fortfarande inte bekräftats. Enligt FunBets villkor tar uttag 3–5 arbetsdagar, precis som banköverföringar. Detta är ett tydligt kontraktsbrott. Jag har kontaktat supporten flera gånger. Jag får alltid svaret att det behandlas och att de inte har något inflytande över det, eftersom de inte är en del av finansteamet. Dessutom kan man bara ta ut 500 euro per dag och begära maximalt tre aktiva uttag. Jag tycker att det är helt okej att man bara kan ta ut 500 euro per dag, men jag tycker det är skandalöst att man bara kan begära tre aktiva uttag och måste vänta upp till 14 arbetsdagar på ett uttag, vilket innebär att man bara kan begära ett uttag efter det. Det betyder att spelaren förlorar många dagar som de kunde ha gjort ett uttag på.
