May I ask when exactly you requested the withdrawal, please?

Sometimes casinos do this due to the pending verification process, but we of course believe that the player should be informed about everything.

Have you checked your emails for some messages with the explanation from the casino? Try to have a look into the spam folder as well, as sometimes these emails can finish there.

Withdrawal was requested 11.07.2024. And i got e-mail about that request, and one mail that mine withraw was cancelled (without reason) but i don't have any email or any other information what happened to my account and why i can't log in. I've even sent an email to them with my questions about money and account but i dont have any reply from them 🙁

So when you requested the withdrawal, you got an email that it was canceled. Was it only after that that your account was frozen?

I would suggest you file a complaint here with our team, but it is not possible to intervene before the 14-day time frame passes, so right now it is a bit early, you know.

Do you maybe know about any reason that comes to mind why this could be happening?🤔

Okay so. to be clear.

11.07 - withdrawal request.

16.07 - frozen account and withdrawal canceled.

16.07 (a bit later) i'm contacting via helpchat and i got information that mine account haas been closed by Administration and they dont have any information about it. But they gave me an email to contact with support.

16.07 (later again) i've contacted with them via email.

17.07 They replied this: (that's literally the same answer that i've got on help chat(copy-paste))file

Do you think there is any chance to get my money back? 🙁

I want to believe that they will fix the issue and you will be able to withdraw the money.

Whenever you see that it takes too long for them to do anything, please let us know, and our complaint team will try to help out.

Detta casino är farligt. Det kontrollerar leverantörerna och ger inga bonusar ens efter 1000 euro i på varandra följande insättningar.

Detta casino, förutom att inte göra några vinster med låga insatser, svarade inte på mina meddelanden om nästa insättningsbonusar och efter 1000 euro i förluster stängde de även mitt konto... De är farliga, de är olagliga och du gör ingenting.
