So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I find it bizarre they only refund a certain amount of them, what bank are you with? Did they raise all the chargebacks for you?

Revolut. Yes, they raised them but as a 10 and a 12 for some reason, bit annoyed assuming if they had done them all together I would have got it all


still, better than nothing and shows how scared they are and want to avoid any issues by just refunding with in a few hours

Maybe Revolut are starting to realise, I’m with them and they only raised like 4/12. I did get refunds for them 4 though. The rest they said they couldn’t raise and I never got money back, weirdly they only raised the smaller transactions. All the higher ones they never did anything about, is that the same for you?

They raised them all but not together in one claim.


that was just one merchant, I had 20 odd. They actually raised most of the bigger ones but not the smaller, although only one I've had anything back for is half the Bas Via ones, it was only on Thursday though so here's hoping
