Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I mitt fall, nej. Jag använde helt enkelt mejlen jag skickade till Najada, som de aldrig svarade på, och det räckte. I mitt krav uppgav jag att företaget aldrig levererade något, och det var allt.

I just said fraudulent transactions I need a refund immediately gave the last four digits of my card number and my full name said otherwise the police will be involved and my bank will investigate them. Also on their website. They have a Czech Republic email address. I copied them in as well, and I think what they do is investigate them as well. I heard no response except from an automated email from the Czech Republic email address and then within three weeks, I’ve got a full refund still haven’t had any emails of confirmation or anything but I’ve got my money back.
