Otpremio/la sam svoja dokumenta za verifikaciju 11. novembra 2025. godine. 12. novembra 2025. godine primio/la sam imejl u kojem je navedeno da je KYC verifikacija uspešno završena. Međutim, kada sam proverio/la svoj profil, i dalje nisam mogao/la da povučem novac jer je pisalo da verifikacija nije završena. Zatim sam kontaktirao/la podršku i rekli su mi da će to biti rešeno do danas — ali to se nije dogodilo! Još uvek čekam da ovo popravite, ali često nema dostupne podrške, a kada je ima, jedva da odgovaraju ili pružaju bilo kakvu pomoć!
Ažuriranje:
Podrška me je danas putem ćaskanja uživo obavestila da moram ponovo da završim verifikaciju koristeći novi metod, što je potpuno apsurdno jer sam već verifikovan i dobio potvrdu imejlom. Nisam želeo da pravim galamu i pomislio sam, dobro, hajde da i ovo uradimo. Ali novi metod verifikacije čak ni ne funkcioniše.
Drugo ažuriranje:
Verifikacija korišćenjem nove metode je funkcionisala uz pomoć tima za podršku. Sada su očigledno praznici i trebalo bi da sačekam dva dana pre nego što mogu da obrade isplatu. Pored toga, možete podići samo 500 evra dnevno, što ne smatram baš dobrim ili preporučljivim. Pokušavaju da vam jako otežaju dobijanje vaših dobitaka!

I uploaded my documents for verification on November 11, 2025. On November 12, 2025, I received an email stating that the KYC verification was successfully completed. However, when I checked my profile, I was still unable to withdraw because it said the verification was not completed. I then contacted support, and they told me it would be resolved by today — but that did not happen! I am still waiting for you to fix this, but there is often no support available, and when there is, they hardly respond or provide any help!

The support informed me via live chat today that I have to complete verification again using the new method, which is completely ridiculous since I have already been verified and received the confirmation by email. I didn’t want to make a fuss and thought, fine, let’s get this done as well. But the new verification method doesn’t even work.
Second Update:
The verification using the new method worked with the help of the support team. Now there are apparently holidays, and I should wait two days before they can process the withdrawal. In addition, you can only withdraw €500 per day, which I don’t find very great or recommendable. They try to make it really hard that you get your wins!
