After having all my documents verified, I tried to withdraw my £5000 of fair winnings only to have my account closed and winnings voided, due to using ‘prohibited strategy’ essentially accusing me of cheating. This is a serious allegation, and the fact that this casino now has my personal data and are refusing to pay money that I won fair and square is extremely concerning. I have raised a complaint with them, as well as contacted the Anjouan licensing authorites, and the gaming provider that I played the blackjack on. These are very serious allegations and I won’t take this lightly.
