Generally, I enjoyed playing here. But now I've been waiting for a payout for over 3 weeks, even though my account is fully verified. The casino is telling me that they want to carry out their own due diligence checks (whatever that means). I'm now afraid that I won't be able to get my winnings paid out at all.

Das Casino verströstet mich damit, dass sie selber Due Dilligence checks durchführen wollen (was auch immer das bedeutet).
