Generellt tyckte jag om att spela här. Men nu har jag väntat på en utbetalning i över 3 veckor, trots att mitt konto är helt verifierat. Kasinot säger till mig att de vill utföra sina egna due diligence-kontroller (vad det än betyder). Jag är nu rädd att jag inte kommer att kunna få mina vinster utbetalda alls.

The casino is telling me that they want to carry out their own due diligence checks (whatever that means). I'm now afraid that I won't be able to get my winnings paid out at all.
Grundsätzlich habe ich hier gern gespielt. Nun warte ich aber seit über 3 Wochen auf eine Auszahlung, obwohl mein Account vollständig verifiziert ist. Das Casino verströstet mich damit, dass sie selber Due Dilligence checks durchführen wollen (was auch immer das bedeutet). Mittlerweile befürchte ich, dass ich meine Gewinne gar nicht mehr ausgezahlt bekomme.
