Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa kazinom Wild Tokyo.
16. oktobra 2025. godine, otvorio sam nalog u kazinu Wild Tokyo. Uplatio sam 300 evra, igrao rulet i osvojio 3.000 evra bez korišćenja bonusa. Nakon toga, igrao sam slot igru da bih završio klađenje, uspešno sam verifikovao svoj nalog i zatražio isplatu.
Međutim, sledećeg dana sam dobio imejl od kazina u kojem je navedeno da je moj nalog trajno zatvoren jer navodno imam drugi nalog, pozivajući se na odeljak 2.8 njihovih uslova i odredbi.
Bio sam veoma iznenađen ovim jer nikada nisam otvorio drugi nalog u kazinu Wild Tokyo. Veoma je zbunjujuće zašto su mi dozvolili da se registrujem, uplatim novac, igram, verifikujem svoj identitet i zatražim isplatu, samo da bih kasnije zatražio „duplikat naloga" i zatvorio svoj nalog nakon što sam pobedio.
Odmah sam im poslao imejl tražeći pojašnjenje i zamolio da me obaveste kada i pod kojim imenom ili podacima je kreiran ovaj navodni „drugi nalog". Prošlo je više od nedelju dana, a nisam dobio nikakav odgovor.
Verujem da je ova situacija nepravedna i da bi kazino trebalo bar da pruži dokaz o postojanju duplih naloga pre nego što konfiskuje dobitke i zatvori nalog. Ljubazno molim za vašu pomoć u rešavanju ovog problema i da dobijem ili svoj dobitak ili pravedno objašnjenje potkrepljeno dokazima.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding Wild Tokyo casino.
On October 16th 2025, I created an account with Wild Tokyo casino. I deposited €300, played roulette, and won €3,000 without using a bonus. Afterward, I played a slot game to complete wagering, i successfully verified my account, and requested a withdrawal.
However, the next day, I received an email from the casino stating that my account was permanently closed because I allegedly have another account, referring to section 2.8 of their terms and conditions.
I was very surprised by this because I have never opened another account with Wild Tokyo casino. It is very confusing why they allowed me to register, deposit, play, verify my identity, and request a withdrawal, only to later claim a "duplicate account" and close my account after I won.
I immediately sent them an email asking for clarification and requested that they inform me when and under what name or details this supposed "other account" was created. It has now been over a week, and I have not received any reply.
I believe this situation is unfair and that the casino should at least provide proof of any duplicate account before confiscating winnings and closing account. I am kindly requesting your assistance to help resolve this issue and to get either my winnings or a fair explanation supported by evidence.
