Zadržali su mi novac zbog lažne istrage pre skoro nekoliko meseci. Onda su se izvinili i pravili da je to formalnost. Onda sam osvojio 113 hiljada funti. Stalno su dodavali lažne bonuse, srećom sam primetio, ali su pokušavali da me prevare oko uslova klađenja. Zatim su me kontaktirali nakon što sam ih razotkrio na Trust Pilot-u i dogovorili plan plaćanja sa mnom. Čekao sam 6 nedelja da dođe ovaj dan, 5 minuta pre nego što je moj nalog trebalo da se otvori za isplatu, rekli su mi da je zatvoren zbog interne istrage IP adrese za drugog korisnika naloga koji se prijavljuje na moj nalog. Svi znamo da je ovo laž. Živim samo u kućama gde imam pristup internetu, nikada ne koristim drugi. Moj otac je vrhunski stručnjak za IT bezbednost i ima izveštaje o svim mojim prijavljivanjima. Takođe nisam mogao da se prijavim nedeljama, tako da je ovo potpuna laž, a nalogu nije pristupljeno od njihove poslednje lažne istrage.
Odobrili su moju „istragu", a zatim su mi dodali još jednu lažnu istragu na račun. Ovo je potom odobreno bez ikakvog razloga. Rečeno mi je da sačekam još dve nedelje.
Gle čuda, prođu te dve nedelje, pogodno tačno u minut kada je trebalo da mi se otvori račun, pošalju mi imejl u kojem kažu da žele da provere prevarni način plaćanja na mom računu. Nikad nisam čuo ništa tako smešno, drže se apsolutno svega da mi ne plate. Naravno, poslao sam dokaze i rekli su mi da sačekam 1-4 nedelje i budem „strpljiv".

Još dve nedelje se igraju. Na ivici sam da izgubim bebu i bila sam u bolnici i van nje.
Ažuriranje - gle čuda, prolaze 3 nedelje, baš u trenutku kada je trebalo da otvorim svoj račun, šalju mi imejl u kojem kažu da žele da provere prevarni način plaćanja na mom računu. U međuvremenu su mi trajno zatvorili nalog tako da ne mogu ničemu da pristupim, ali imam potpuni dokaz o svim snimcima mog naloga i ekrana. „Uverili su me" da ću moći da se prijavim da pristupim svom novcu kada mi očigledno dozvole da podignem novac, međutim, prijave se više ne prepoznaju, a jedan od njihovih timova za podršku mi je čak rekao da moja imejl adresa nije registrovana na njihovoj strani!!
Godinama sam se povlačio sa ove stranice i nikada nisam imao ovih problema, a upravo sam video na internetu da varaju više mušterija. Kao što vidite, po treći put danas pišem, a zatim se desilo imejl koji sam dobio deset minuta pre nego što je moj nalog trebalo da se otvori, sa novim ograničenjima. To je jedna igra za drugom, molim vas pomozite mi!! Nijedna druga kartica nije korišćena na mom nalogu i dokazao sam njihove takozvane transakcije koje treba da „ispitaju".
Na kraju sam energije i upravo sam pročitao da ovako funkcionišu za mnogo igrača. Pre mesec dana sam dobio imejl u kojem su mi obećali da neće biti daljih problema, a danas (9. oktobra) su me ponovo vratili i složili su se da mi isplate. Poslali su im izvod iz banke koji su tražili, ali me to izluđuje i očigledno koriste sve što mogu da me blokiraju.
Held my money for a fake investigation nearly months ago. Then apologised and made out it was a formality. I then won £113k. They kept adding fake bonuses on luckily I noticed but they were trying to trick me in to wagering requirements. They then reached out after I exposed them on trust pilot and agreed a payment plan with me. I waited 6 weeks for this day to come, 5 minutes before my account is due to open for my withdrawal they tell me it’s closed due to an internal investigation of an IP address for another account user logging in my a account. We all know this is a lie. I live in properties only I have access to the internet, never use another. My father is a top it security expert and has reports of all my log ins. I also wasnt able to log in for weeks so this is a total lie and the account wasn’t accessed since their last bogus investigation.
they cleared my "investigation", then They put yet another bogus investigation on my account. This was then cleared b it for absolutely no reason I was told to wait another two weeks.

Never heard anything so ridiculous, they are holding on to absolutely anything to not pay me. Of course I have sent evidence and they have told me to wait 1-4 weeks and be "patient".

in the meantime they have permanently closed my account so I can’t access anything but have full proof of all my account and screen recordings of everything. They have "assured me" that I will be able to log in to access my money when they apparently let me withdraw however the log ins are no longer recognised and one of their support team even told me my email wasn’t registered on their side!!
I’ve withdrawn from this site for years and never had these issues and have just seen online they are conning multiple cusotmers. As you can see, for a third time I have in writing today would happen then the email I got ten minutes before the time my account was due to open making new restrictions. It’s one game after another please help me!! No other card has been used on my account and I have evidenced their so called transactions they need to "investigate"
im at the end of my tether and have just read they are operating like this for lots of players. I had an email a month ago promising absolutely no further issues and yet again they have u turned today (9th October) which was agreed to pay me. They have been sent the bank statement they asked for but it’s making me ill and clearly using anything they can to block me.
