Potrebna mi je pomoć u vezi sa isplatom 100 evra iz kazina Rolletto.
11. avgusta 2025. godine osvojio sam nagradnu igru kazina Rolletto u vrednosti od 20 evra na X/twitter-u. Istog dana sam dobio direktnu poruku od kazina Rolletto da će mi bonus biti uplaćen na račun za nekoliko dana.
Prošla je jedna nedelja, ali još uvek nisam dobio svoju nagradu za poklon, niti sam dobio bilo kakvu informaciju o tome zašto moj bonus nije uplaćen na moj račun, pa sam ostavio recenziju na TrustPilot-u za Rolletto Casino nedelju dana nakon datuma poklona.
Kazino Roleto me je kontaktirao 20. avgusta nakon što su videli moju recenziju na Trustpilot-u i izvinili se što nisu mogli uskoro da mi dodele nagradu zbog problema na njihovoj strani.
Pitao sam ih zašto nisu mogli ranije da mi dodaju bonus, rekli su mi
„Zdravo! Izvinjavam se zbog kasnog odgovora, izgleda da je došlo do pogrešne komunikacije između mene i ljudi iz marketinga koji su odgovorni za dodavanje bonusa. Takođe se ispostavilo da ste koristili bonuse bez depozita u našem kazinu, što je samo po sebi ograničeno, ali pošto ste pobedili u nagradnoj igri, dodaćemo bonus sa nečim dodatnim. Međutim, vidim da ste ostavili lošu recenziju o nama na Trustpilot-u, pa se još jednom izvinjavam, možete li izmeniti recenziju jer se očigledno dogodila zbog pogrešne komunikacije."
Obavestio sam ih da je jedini bonus bez depozita koji sam dobio bio 10 besplatnih okretaja za verifikaciju moje imejl adrese prošle nedelje i osim toga nisam iskoristio nijedan drugi bonus bez depozita.
Nakon toga su se izvinili i dodali mi 30 evra na račun (trebalo je da dobijem 20 evra za nagradnu igru), ali su dodali dodatnih 10 evra kao znak dobre volje zbog neugodnosti i zamolili me da promenim svoju recenziju na Trustpilot-u i dam im ocenu od 5 zvezdica.
Dobio sam 30 evra i prema uslovima i odredbama bonusa, klađenje za bonus je bilo 30 puta veće, a dozvoljena maksimalna opklada je bila 5 evra. Klađenje na bonus je moguće samo na slotovima. Maksimalni iznos za isplatu je bio 100 evra nakon klađenja. Svi ovi uslovi i odredbe su jasno navedeni na stranici sa bonusom.
Uložio sam svoj bonus prema njihovim uslovima i odredbama. Nikada nisam uložio više od 1 evra i uložio sam svoj bonus samo na slotove 30 puta, a zatim zatražio povlačenje 100 evra.
Dana 21. avgusta 2025. godine, odnosno danas, predstavnik kompanije Rolletto mi je poslao poruku na X/twitter i obavestio me da ne mogu da obrade moju isplatu osim ako ne promenim svoju recenziju za njihov kazino na Truspilot-u i ne dam im ocenu od 5 zvezdica.
Bio sam skeptičan i zabrinut zbog toga, ali sam svejedno promenio svoju recenziju i dao im ocenu od 5 zvezdica i zatražio da obrade moje povlačenje.
Međutim, odmah nakon što sam promenio svoju recenziju i dao im ocenu od 5 zvezdica, dobio sam imejl od kazina Rolletto u kojem me obaveštavaju da je moja isplata odbijena.

I need help regarding my withdrawal of €100 from Rolletto casino.
On 11 August 2025 I won a giveaway by Rolletto casino for €20 on X/twitter.On the same day I got a DM from rolletto casino that I would get my bonus credited to my account in few days.
One week passed but I still didnt get my giveaway reward neither I got any communications as in why my bonus was not credited to my account so I left a review on trustpilot for rolletto casino after a week from the giveaway date.
Rolletto casino got in touch with me in 20 August after seeing my trustpilot review and appolozied that they were not able to credit my giveaway reward soon because of an issue on thier end.
I asked them why were they not able to add my bonus sooner,they said
"Hello, there! I am sorry for late response it seems it was miscommunication between me and marketing people who are responsible for adding bonuses, also it turned out you were using bonuses without depositing at our casino which itself is restricted but because you were winner in giveaway we will add bonus with some extra on top, however also I can see that you left bad review about us on Trustpilot, so with a big apology again can you edit the review because it clearly happened because of miscommunication.
I informed them The only one no deposit bonus I got was 10 free spins for verifying my email address last week and apart from that I didnt avail any other no deposit bonus.
After that they applozied and added €30 euro to my account ( I was suppose to get €20 for the givaway) but they added €10 extra as goodwill for the inconvinience and asked me to change my Trustpilot review and give them 5 star rating.
I got €30 and as per bonus terms and condition wagering for the bonus was 30x and allowed maximum bet was €5.Bonus wagering only on slots.Maximum withdrawal amount was €100 after wagring.All these terms and conditions were clearly mentioned on the bonus page.
I wagered my bonus as per thier terms and conditions I never bet more than €1 and wagered my bonus only on slots 30 times and then requested for withdrawal of €100.
On 21 August 2025 i.e today rolletto representative DM me on X/twitter and informed me that they cant procoess my withdrawal unless I change my review for their casino on Truspilot and give them a 5 star rating.
I was skeptical and worried about that but anyhow I changed my review and gave them 5 star rating and requested them to process my withdrawal.
However just after I changed my review and gave them a 5 star rating I got and email from Rolletto casino informing my withdrawal was declined.
