Nakon što smo prikupili sve potrebne informacije i detalje od kazina, zatvaramo ovu žalbu kao neopravdanu zbog kršenja uslova korišćenja kazina - višestrukih naloga i zloupotrebe bonusa. Dozvoljeno je posedovanje samo jednog naloga po korisniku/IP adresi/domaćinstvu/uređaju/itd., što se odnosi i na bonuse.
Da su situacija i okolnosti bile drugačije (nisu iskorišćeni bonusi, dugo vreme između poslednje aktivnosti na prvom nalogu i registracije drugog naloga, da nam govorite istinu...), mogli bismo da stanemo na vašu stranu. Međutim, to ovde nije slučaj. Sporni nalog definitivno nije vaš prvi niti jedini nalog koji ste registrovali i koristili u MilkyWay kazinu.
Kazino je postupio u skladu sa uslovima i odredbama koje ste prihvatili prilikom registracije(a) i/ili zahtevanja bonusa.
Ako niste zadovoljni rešenjem žalbe, preporučujem vam da se konsultujete sa organom za kockanje koji reguliše kazino.

After gathering all the necessary information and details from the casino, we are closing this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - multiple accounts and bonus abuse. It is allowed to own only 1 account per user/IP/household/device/etc, which also applies to bonuses.
If the situation and circumstances had been different (no bonuses used, long time between the last activity on the first account and registration of the second account, you telling us the truth...), we would have been able to side with you. However, it is not the case here. The disputed account is definitely not your first nor the only account you registered and used at MilkyWay Casino.
The casino acted in accordance with its terms and conditions you accepted upon registration(s) and/or claiming bonuses.
If you are not satisfied with the complaint solution, I recommend you consult the gambling authority that the casino is regulated by.
