Nažalost, problemi nisu rešeni, niti je dato bilo kakvo objašnjenje zašto se isplate stalno otkazuju. Štaviše, savetnik je pomenuo samo 1600 evra, što su samo dve od deset isplata potrebnih da bi se dostiglo ukupno 8000 evra. Nažalost, celokupno ponašanje kazina je veoma stresno i frustrirajuće.
Generalno, primetno je da je kazino zaista dobar, sve do isplata; onda izgleda kao da pokušavaju sve da izbegnu isplatu novca.
Iako danas nijedno plaćanje nije otkazano bez razloga prvi put u poslednja tri dana, nijedno nije ni zapravo obrađeno. Moramo imati na umu da bi plaćanje od petka, koje je otkazano bez razloga, dospelo najkasnije danas (prošao je treći radni dan).
Od 8.004 evra, 0 evra nije isplaćeno. 🙁

Unfortunately, the problems weren't addressed, nor was any explanation given for why the withdrawals keep being canceled. Furthermore, the advisor only mentioned €1600, which is just two of the ten withdrawals required to reach the total of €8000. Sadly, the casino's overall behavior is very stressful and frustrating.
Overall, it's noticeable that the casino is really good, right up until it comes to payouts; then it seems like they're trying everything to avoid paying out the money.
Although no payment was canceled without reason today for the first time in three days, none was actually processed either. We must bear in mind that the payment from Friday, which was canceled without reason, would have been due today at the latest (the third business day has passed).
Of the €8,004, €0 has been paid out. 🙁
I urge you to intervene.

Leider wurde hier nicht auf die Probleme eingegangen oder begründet, warum die Auszahlungen immer wieder storniert werden. Außerdem redet die Beraterin nur von 1600,- Euro also 2 der 10 Auszahlungen die vorgenommen werden müssen, damit der Gesamtbetrag von 8000,- Euro ausbezahlt wird. Leider ist das Gesamtverhalten des Casinos sehr stressig und zehrend.
Es fällt im Gesamtbild auf, dass das Casino richtig gut ist, genau so lange, bis es um Auszahlungen geht, dann hat es den Anschein, dass alles versucht wird, die Gelder nicht auszuzahlen.
Zwar wurde heute zum ersten Mal seit drei Tagen keine Auszahlung grundlos storniert, allerdings wurde auch keine ausgeführt. Wir müssen wir an dieser Stelle vor Augen halten, dass die Auszahlung von Freitag, die grundlos storniert wurde heute spätestens fällig gewesen werden (3. Werktag verstrichen).
Stand von den 8004,- Euro wurden 0,- Euro ausbezahlt. 🙁
