21. maja 2025. godine sam zatražio isplatu od Fanduela. Rečeno mi je da će biti potrebno 3 do 5 radnih dana i da je obrada u toku. 26. maja 2025. godine sam obavestio Fanduel putem ćaskanja uživo da sam doživeo saobraćajnu nesreću i pitao sam se kada mogu da očekujem isplatu. Svaki agent uvek pruža informacije o često postavljanim pitanjima koje mogu sam da pronađem. Drugim rečima, nisam dobio nikakvu pomoć.
Takođe sam tražio pojašnjenje u vezi sa karticom „Istorija transakcija" koja je pokazala da je moje povlačenje odobreno 21.05.2025. Istog dana kada je povlačenje zatraženo.
Fanduel mi je zatim suspendovao nalog i naterao me da odgovorim na imejl sa informacijama o mom ličnom životu i finansijama. Pravi kazino to čak ni ne radi. U imejlu je navedeno da će mi nalog biti trajno zabranjen ako ne odgovorim. Kakva pretnja. Ne cenim ovakvu uslugu kada se traži pojašnjenje o obmanjujućim informacijama koje se prikazuju u Fanduel aplikaciji.
Prošla je nedelja dana otkako nisam dobio nikakve novosti niti odgovore. Kada kontaktiram podršku uživo, uvek kažu da ne mogu da pomognu već samo da eskaliraju problem.
Kontaktirao sam iGaming Ontario i AGCO da prijavim ovaj problem, ali čekam odgovor.
Osećam se veoma ograničeno što ne mogu da prijavim uslugu koju sam dobio od Fanduel Agents. Nikada nisam imao ovakvo iskustvo ni sa jednim drugim kazino/sportskim sajtom za zabavu.
On May 21, 2025 I requested a withdrawal from Fanduel. They advised it would take 3 to 5 business days and was being processed. On May 26, 2025 I advised Fanduel Live Chat I got into a car accident and was wondering when I should expect my withdrawal. Each agent always provides a FAQ info which I am able to locate myself. In other words no help received.
I also asked for clarification on the Transaction History Tab which showed my withdrawal was approved on 2025-05-21. The same day the withdrawal was requested.
Fanduel then suspended my account and made me reply to an email with information about my personal life and finances. A real casino doesn't even do that. In the email it stated if I don't reply my account would be permanently banned. What a threat. I do not appreciate this kind of service when asking for clarification on misleading information showing in the Fanduel App.
It has now been a week where I have not received any updates or responses. When I contacted live support they always say they cannot help but can only escalate it.
I have contact igaming ontario and agco to report this matter but I am waiting for a response.
I feel very limited not being able to report the service received from Fanduel Agents. I have never had this experience with any other entertainment casino/sports sites.
