Prijavio sam se na podršku i zatražio ažuriranje, poslali su mi imejl i rekli su mi da su proverili sa svojim timom za obradu i da je moje povlačenje bitkoina još uvek u fazi pregleda. Nažalost, još uvek nismo dobili novo ažuriranje.

Još jednom sam otišao u podršku i zatražio ažuriranje jer je prošlo 16 dana otkako sam zatražio povlačenje sredstava. U ćaskanju mi je rečeno da će biti potrebno 48 sati dok ne dobijem ažuriranje. Takođe sam dobio imejl u kojem je pisalo da ću dobiti ažuriranje za 48 sati, međutim, zvali su me Julijan, što nije moje ime.
Od ovog datuma kazina nisu odgovorila ni na jedan imejl i sva komunikacija se obavljala putem ćaskanja za podršku kazina.

Još uvek nisam dobio nikakve imejlove sa novostima niti je neko odgovorio na moje imejlove. Pa sam ponovo ušao u čet i tražio informacije o mojim isplatama. Na moje olakšanje, rekli su mi da će moja isplata od 23. biti obrađena u ponedeljak, ali da nemaju informacije o mojim isplatama od 30. juna.

Tada je došao najveći udarac od svih, prijavio sam se i moja isplata je vraćena na moj saldo nakon 22 dana čekanja.
Rečeno mi je da sam uneo nevažeću BTC adresu, pa su sredstva vraćena, što je laž jer uvek kopiram i nalepljujem i koristim isti BTC kao i za uspešna prva povlačenja. Takođe mi je rečeno da su moja ostala povlačenja od 30. juna sada pod pregledom menadžmenta iako su sva sa istog stanja, jedini razlog zašto su odvojena je taj što je maksimalno povlačenje od 2500 dolara.
Sada moram ponovo da podignem originalnih 2500 dolara koje sam tražio pre 22 dana, a moja ostala povlačenja kasne bez ikakve komunikacije sa kazinom ili vremenskog roka.
Verujem da kazino namerno odlaže moje isplate u nadi da ću potrošiti novac umesto da ga podignem.

However this all changed after I had a Big win.
I was lucky enough to Win and get my balance to $12,000. I was able to successfully Withdraw $2500 twice which each took one week to processes , that was an acceptable time frame and I was happy.
My balance was now $7000 and I had not placed any bets or played my account since requesting the first withdrawal.
This is when the casino started using delay tactics to delay my withdrawal and lies started.
23rd of June
My third withdrawal of $2500 was requested.
30th of June
I logged in to withdraw again as it was usually paid by then and I requested two withdrawals one for $2500 and one for $2000 reducing the balance in my account to $0
When I realised my Withdrawal from the 23rd of July had still not been processed i requested help from support. They informed me that my withdrawal was going through an internal review and I will me emailed more information once its done, they were unable to provide a time frame.
7th of July
I logged into support and requested an update, I was emailed and told that they checked with their processing team, and my Bitcoin withdrawal is still under review at this time. Unfortunately, we haven’t received a new update yet.
9th of July
once again I went into support and requested an update as it had been 16 days since I requested the withdrawal, I was told in chat that it would take 48hours until I was updated. I also received an email saying I would be updated in 48hours however they called me Julian which is not my name.
Since this date the casinos has failed to reply to any emails and all communication was done through the casinos support chat.
11th of July
48 hours later i still had no update so I went into support chat and spoke with Naomi, she agreed that I was absolutely right to expect timely and transparent communication, and that they had not met that standard. I was told I would have and that I would get an update that day.
12th of July
The next day I still had not received an update so I spoke to Justine who said Monday I should receive an update.
14th July
I have still not received any emails with an update or anyone responding to my emails. so I went into chat and asked form information about my withdrawals once again. To my relief they said my withdrawal from the 23rd would be processed on Monday but they had no information about my withdrawals form the 30th of June.
15th of July
This was when the biggest blow of all came, I logged in and my withdrawal had been retuned back to my balance after waiting 22days
They said I had entered an invalid BTC address so the funds were retuned , this is a lie as I always copy and paste and use the same BTC as the successful first withdrawals, I was also told my other withdrawals from the 30th of June are now under management review even though these are all from the same balance only reason they are separate is because of the $2500 max withdrawal.
I now have to re- withdraw the original $2500 I requested 22 days ago and my other withdrawals are being delayed with no communication from the casino or a time line.
I believe the casino is purposely delaying my withdrawals in hope of my spending the money instead of withdrawing.
I feel the constant inconsistency on time frames as been given false information makes this an unsafe gaming enviroment for players.
Please help me get my $7000 out of this casino.
