Zdravo. Bio sam verifikovani član CasinoBit-a nekoliko meseci i igrao sam, uplaćivao i isplaćivao bez problema. Pridružio sam se 26. avgusta 2024. godine, a problem sam naišao 4. januara 2025. godine. Uplatio sam i isplaćivao hiljade u USDT-u.

Hello. I was a verified member of CasinoBit for a few months and had played, deposited, and withdrawn without and problems. I joined on 26th August 2024 and ran into my problem on 4th Jan 2025. I had deposited and withdrawn thousands in USDT.
I then deposited $385 over the Xmas/Jan holidays and got a $500 bonus. I won $4677 total and withdrew it, but shortly after I received an email asking me for an ID selfie, and a selfie with my computer and their email behind me (weird). Nonetheless I sent it, and then on the 13th Jan I got an email saying the following:
Hello,
Your account has been closed due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, specifically regarding duplicate accounts and restricted access as outlined in Article 8.9.
As your account was registered from a restricted country, it has been closed, and your winnings have been confiscated in.
Kind regards,
Team CasinoBit.io
They've got a point in the sense that I am from the UK. I use a VPN for both privacy and access to slots, and it connects to the closest location, which for me is Dublin rather than London. The site has tagged me as Irish I guess when I'm Scottish.
Still - this doesn't invalidate the fact that I deposited, won, lost, withdrew and generally played in a manner that can't be considered as 'unfair'. The only unfair practice I can see here is that they've waited until I had a significant win and chosen that moment to use a very thin excuse to confiscate my entire balance.
The other thing here is that why does it really matter if I'm from Scotland or Ireland? In the real world I've done nothing differently than someone would here or there. I also can still connect to Casinobit.io from here so they haven't bothered geoblocking, and there's people literally advertising and pushing links to their site from here, so they clearly have a tacit acknowledgement that they'll accept punters from the UK.. provided they lose money and never withdraw enough to trigger KYC.
Those are blatantly unfair practices. I completely accept their right to close my account under their terms, but I don't accept that being from the UK automatically makes my winnings void. They could easily take action to prevent this from happening but have chosen not to.
I would like my $4677 balance to be returned.
Kind regards
