Ažuriranje:
Danas sam ponovo imao ćaskanje uživo sa kazinom, gde sam (ponovo) obavešten da treba da podnesem izvod iz banke sa računa koji se koristi za depozite. Objasnio sam da je ovaj dokument već otpremljen i verifikovan 8. juna, ali su me ipak zamolili da ga ponovo podnesem.
Ubrzo nakon što sam ga ponovo otpremio/la, dobio/la sam dva nova imejla sa odbijanjem:
Govoreći da moram da dokažem izvor bogatstva, iako je to već potvrđeno i prihvaćeno 14. juna putem mojih platnih listića i dobitaka od kockanja.
Kažući da moram da dokažem izvor sredstava, iako moj bankovni izvod jasno pokazuje tri depozita u kazinu (samo dan nakon stvarnih transakcija zbog vremena obrade).
Da bih konačno rešio ovo, sada sam preduzeo sledeće korake:
Ponovo otpremio sve potrebne dokumente putem sistema za otpremanje kazina.
Poslao sam dva imejla direktno timu za podršku i Mirki, uključujući:
Svi obračuni plata,
Izvod iz banke koji pokazuje gde sam primio/la platu,
Izvod iz banke sa računa koji sam koristio za depozite,
Kompletna istorija transakcija tog računa.
Sve relevantne transakcije su jasno istaknute u dokumentima.
Za referencu:
Depoziti se pojavljuju na stranicama 42 i 30 istorije transakcija.
Isti depoziti su na 35. i 25. strani izvoda iz banke.
Takođe sam dodao/la CC u svoju e-poštu za potpunu transparentnost.
U ovom trenutku, iskreno ne znam šta više mogu da uradim. Nadam se da će kazino konačno prihvatiti dokumenta i obraditi moju isplatu.
Update:
Today I had another live chat with the casino, where I was informed (again) that I need to submit a bank statement from the account used for deposits. I explained that this document had already been uploaded and verified on June 8th, but I was still asked to resubmit it.
Shortly after uploading it again, I received two new rejection emails:
Saying I need to prove the source of wealth, although this was already verified and accepted on June 14th via my salary slips and gambling winnings.
Saying I need to prove the source of funds, even though my bank statement clearly shows the three casino deposits (just one day after the actual transactions due to processing time).
To finally resolve this, I have now taken the following steps:
Re-uploaded all required documents via the casino’s upload system.
Sent two emails directly to the support team and Mirka, including:
All salary statements,
A bank statement showing where my salary was received,
A bank statement from the account I used for deposits,
The full transaction history of that account.
All relevant transactions have been clearly highlighted in the documents.
For reference:
The deposits appear on page 42 and page 30 of the transaction history.
The same deposits are on page 35 and page 25 of the bank statement.
I have also CC’d Casino Guru in my email for full transparency.
At this point, I honestly don’t know what more I can do. I hope the casino will now finally accept the documents and process my withdrawal.
