Počeo sam da igram na Betlabel-u početkom oktobra. Na početku sam mogao da podižem male iznose (oko 150–200 evra) bez ikakvih problema, što mi je dalo poverenje u Betlabel. Vremenom sam uplaćivao više — ukupno preko 10.000 evra, možda malo više ili manje, ali definitivno petocifreni iznos. Ne zarađujem mnogo; radim normalan posao, tako da je ovo značajna suma za mene.
U početku sam dosta gubio — prihvatio sam to, jer tako funkcioniše kockanje: ponekad dobiješ, ponekad izgubiš. Na kraju sam, međutim, imao sreće i uspeo sam da povećam svoj saldo na oko 40.000 evra. Bio sam iskreno srećan i već sam računao na novac privatno, jer sam verovao Betlabelu na osnovu mojih ranijih uspešnih isplata.
30. oktobra sam zatražio isplatu. Kada sam primetio da nije obrađena, kontaktirao sam ćaskanje uživo 31. oktobra oko 8 ujutru. Rečeno mi je da treba da verifikujem svoj nalog. To sam odmah uradio i poslao sve što je traženo:
Prednja i zadnja strana moje lične karte
Selfi sa ličnom kartom i trenutnim datumom
Bankovni izvodi svih depozita
Potvrda moje banke da kartica koja se koristi za depozite pripada meni
Fotografija same depozitne kartice (na zahtev)
Moja verifikacija identiteta je odobrena, ali od tada nisam dobio nikakav odgovor — ni putem imejla niti u ćaskanju.
Kontaktirao sam podršku još nekoliko puta, ali sam dobio kontradiktorne odgovore: neki agenti su rekli da moram da pišem sa registrovane imejl adrese (gde sam slučajno napravio malu grešku prilikom kreiranja naloga), dok su drugi rekli da je u redu sve dok mogu jasno da dokažem svoj identitet. Sve dokaze sam pružio više puta, uvek ljubazan, transparentan i strpljiv.
Nisam koristio nikakve bonuse — moji dobici dolaze u potpunosti od mojih sopstvenih depozita.
Želim da naglasim da sam do sada ostao veoma fer i smiren. I dalje dajem Betlabel-u šansu da ovo reši kako treba. Međutim, ako me i dalje ignorišu i moja isplata ne bude obrađena, izaći ću u javnost — kontaktiraću medije, sajtove za recenzije i druge platforme kako bih upozorio buduće igrače. To ne bi bilo iz osvete, već iz osećaja pravde i da bih zaštitio druge, posebno one koji bi mogli da uplate velike iznose očekujući fer tretman.
Jednostavno je: ako neko plati 10.000 ili 20.000 evra za automobil i nikada ga ne dobije, to je nepravda — i ova situacija se oseća potpuno isto.
Sačuvao sam sve dokaze — imejlove, dnevnike ćaskanja, depozite i istoriju stanja — i mogu sve da pružim. Čak sam spreman da platim proviziju ako dobijem odgovarajuću pomoć da povratim svoj novac.
Iskreno se nadam da će Betlabel ipak rešiti ovo pošteno. Ako to urade, rado ću povući svoje izjave i, ako je moguće, obrisati ovu temu. Ali sve dok nema komunikacije ili plaćanja, stajaću iza onoga što sam rekao — mirno, ali čvrsto.

I started playing at Betlabel in early October. At the beginning, I was able to withdraw small amounts (around €150–€200) without any problems, which made me trust in betlabel . Over time, I deposited more — in total over €10,000, maybe a bit more or less, but definitely a five-figure amount. I’m not a high-earner; I work a normal job, so this is a significant sum for me.
At first, I lost quite a lot — I accepted that, because that’s how gambling works: sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Eventually, however, I had a lucky streak and managed to build my balance up to around €40,000. I was genuinely happy and already counted on the money privately, because I trusted Betlabel based on my earlier successful withdrawals.
On October 30th, I requested a withdrawal. When I noticed it wasn’t processed, I contacted live chat on October 31st around 8 a.m. I was told I needed to verify my account. I did this immediately and submitted everything requested:
Front and back of my ID card
Selfie with ID and current date
Bank statements of all deposits
Confirmation from my bank that the card used for deposits belongs to me
A photo of the deposit card itself (as requested)
My ID verification was approved, but since then I’ve received no response at all — neither by email nor in chat.
I contacted support several more times but got contradictory answers: some agents said I had to write from the registered email (where I accidentally made a small typo when creating my account), while others said it was fine as long as I could clearly prove my identity. I have provided all evidence multiple times, always polite, transparent, and patient.
I did not use any bonuses — my winnings come entirely from my own deposits.
I want to emphasize that I have remained very fair and calm so far. I’m still giving Betlabel the chance to handle this correctly. However, if I continue to be ignored and my withdrawal is not processed, I will go public — contacting media outlets, review sites, and other platforms to warn future players. This wouldn’t be out of revenge but out of a sense of justice and to protect others, especially those who might deposit large amounts expecting fair treatment.
It’s simple: if someone pays €10,000 or €20,000 for a car and never receives it, that’s injustice — and this situation feels exactly the same.
I have kept all proof — emails, chat logs, deposits, and balance history — and can provide everything. I’m even willing to pay a commission if I can get proper help recovering my money.
I truly hope Betlabel will still resolve this fairly. If they do, I will gladly take back my statements and, if possible, delete this thread. But as long as there’s no communication or payment, I will stand by what I’ve said — calmly, but firmly.
