Prvi put korisnik! Uplaćivanje depozita je dovoljno jednostavno, ali vam naplaćuju proviziju! Prva crvena zastavica! Sajt je šaren i lak za navigaciju i u osnovi tu se sve pozitivno završava. Kada dođe vreme za podizanje novca, vreme čekanja je apsurdno dugo! Pitao sam da li im treba još nešto od mene, možda moj lični dokument - ne! Ne moraju da potvrde vaš identitet ni na koji drugi način osim imejla i broja telefona. Crvena zastavica broj dva! Moj zahtev za podizanje je imao status obrade cele 2 nedelje! Onlajn podrška je stalno govorila istu stvar - prezauzeti smo, sve je u redu, ali i dalje nema napretka. U osnovi se vrtite u krug bez ikakvog napretka. Onda sam otkazao taj zahtev prema uputstvima podrške i napravio novi koristeći njihovu opciju bankovnog transfera koja je navodno mnogo brža. Pretpostavljam da će trebati još 2 nedelje da se obradi ovaj! Izgleda kao prevara! I ovo nije moj prvi put! Koristio sam i koristim druge sajtove koji ozbiljno shvataju korisničku podršku i blagovremena podizanja novca! Pretpostavljam da ću se vratiti kasnije da napravim konačnu recenziju! Za sada, pri zdravoj pameti, ne mogu nikome da preporučim Magius! Čitavo iskustvo je toliko loše, nedostaju mi radovi koji bi mogli da objasne koliko je loše! Trebalo je da uradim svoj domaći zadatak pre otvaranja računa, ali svakako pre nego što uplatim bilo kakve depozite! Doduše, nije bilo ogromno, oko 300 evra/isti iznos povlačenja, ali ipak! Mogu samo da zamislim kako se ljudi koji su imali isto iskustvo sa većim depozitima i povlačenjima moraju osećati nakon što su ovako tretirani! Da, podrška uživo je brza, ali zaista ne možete ništa da rešite sa tim timom! Zamislite, navodno ne mogu da komuniciraju sa svojim finansijskim timom! Ne šalim se, to je odgovor koji sam dobio kada sam pitao da li mogu da eskaliraju stvar! Bojim se da je ovo bilo ogromno gubljenje mog vremena i resursa!
First time user! Making deposits is easy enough, but they do charge you with a fee! First red flag! Site is colorful and easy to navigate and basically this is where anything positive ends. When it's time to make a withdrawal, the wait time is absurdly long! I asked if they need anything else from me, like my ID maybe - no! They don't need to verify your identity in any other way other then email and phone no. Red flag no 2! My withdrawal request had processing status for 2 whole weeks with! Online support just kept saying the same thing - we are too busy, everything is okay but still no progress. You basically keep going round and round with no progress. I have then cancelled that request per the support instructions and made a new one using their Bank Transfer option that is allegedly much faster. I am guessing it will take 2 more weeks to process this one! Seems like a scam! And this is not my first rodeo! I have used and I am using other sites that take customer service and timely withdrawals seriously! I guess I will be back to make a final review later on! Wish me luck!
For now I cannot, in my right mind, recommend Magius to anyone! The entire experience is so poor, I am lacking works that could explain just how poor it is! I should have done my homework before opening the account but certainly before making any deposits! Granted it was not huge, around 300 Euros/same withdrawal amount, but still! I can only imagine how people that have had the same experience with bigger deposits and withdrawals must feel after being treated this way! Yeah, live support is fast but you really cannot resolve anything with that team! Imagine, allegedly they cannot communicate to their finance team! I kid you not, that is the response I got when I asked if they can escalate the matter! I am afraid this was a huge waste of my time and resources!
