U mom slučaju, verujem da argument „netačnog MCC-a" ne bi funkcionisao jer Banko Santander već kategoriše ove transakcije kao kockanje. Pravi problem je što kazino (Wazamba) nije licenciran u Španiji i zvanično ga je blokirala španska vlada (DGOJ), tako da je ovde očigledno ilegalan.
Takođe, moja sredstva su i dalje zadržana u kazinu i više im ne mogu pristupiti jer je veb-sajt blokiran u Španiji. Uprkos svemu tome, banka je odbila moj zahtev, navodeći da su transakcije bile „dobrovoljne".
Osećam se prevarenim i maltretiranim jer ignorišu nezakonitu prirodu operatera u mojoj zemlji, kao i činjenicu da sam legalno samoisključen iz kockanja od 2020. godine. Veoma je frustrirajuće što to nije uzeto u obzir.

In my case, I believe the "incorrect MCC" argument wouldn’t work because Banco Santander already categorizes these transactions as gambling. The real issue is that the casino (Wazamba) is not licensed in Spain and has been officially blocked by the Spanish government (DGOJ), so it’s clearly illegal here.
Also, my funds are still retained within the casino, and I can no longer access them because the website is blocked in Spain. Despite all this, the bank denied my claim, stating that the transactions were "voluntary".
I feel tricked and mistreated because they’re ignoring the illegal nature of the operator in my country, as well as the fact that I’ve been legally self-excluded from gambling since 2020. It’s extremely frustrating that this wasn’t taken into account.
