Podnosim žalbu protiv Ybets (ybets.net) zbog odbijanja da obradi moju isplatu uprkos završenoj KYC verifikaciji.
12. decembra 2025. godine sam podneo svoja KYC dokumenta. Nakon više od tri dana čekanja, dobio sam potvrdu od [email protected] 15. decembra, navodeći da nisu potrebni dodatni dokumenti. 26. decembra sam pokušao svoje prvo povlačenje od verifikacije. Nakon što sam čekao skoro dva dana, moj zahtev je odbijen iz istog razloga: nepotpuna KYC verifikacija.
Nije poslat imejl sa objašnjenjem koja su dodatna dokumenta potrebna. Kada sam kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo, agent je dao samo generičke odgovore kopiranja i lepljenja i nije ponudio nikakvu pravu pomoć. Njihov KYC tim me nije kontaktirao od odbijanja.
Ovo kontradiktorno ponašanje, odbijanje povlačenja zbog problema sa KYC-om odmah nakon potvrde završetka KYC-a, u kombinaciji sa neodzivnom podrškom, ukazuje ili na ozbiljnu internu disfunkciju ili na namerni pokušaj sprečavanja povlačenja.
I am filing a complaint against Ybets (ybets.net) for refusing to process my withdrawal despite having completed KYC verification.
On December 12, 2025, I submitted my KYC documents. After waiting over three days, I received confirmation from [email protected] on December 15 stating that no additional documents were required. On December 26, I attempted my first withdrawal since verification. After waiting nearly two days, my request was rejected for the same reason: incomplete KYC verification.
No email was sent explaining what additional documents were needed. When I contacted live chat support, the agent only provided generic copy-paste responses and offered no real assistance. Their KYC team has not contacted me since the rejection.
This contradictory behavior, rejecting withdrawals for KYC issues immediately after confirming KYC completion, combined with unresponsive support, suggests either serious internal dysfunction or a deliberate attempt to prevent withdrawals.
