Obavestio sam VELOBET da ću ovo osporiti pravnim putem nakon što dobijem odgovor od njihovog „internog tima koji istražuje".
Bilo je velikih propusta sa njihove strane da zaustave moje kockanje, ignorisali su KYC mere i dozvolili mi da nastavim da gubim desetine hiljada bez ikakvih bankovnih izvoda ili bilo kakvih KYC mera.
Ignorisali su moj zahtev za TRAJNO zatvaranje i rekli su da moram posebno da navedem da je to zbog zavisnosti od kockanja ili štete da bi to klasifikovali kao trajno, OVO JE KOLIKO JE OVO POGANULA NEPRIKLADNA FIRMA, tražio sam TRAJNO zatvaranje naloga, a pitali su me samo koliko dugo želim da zabrana bude na snazi, na šta sam odgovorio TRAJNO - ZAUVEK.
Nije bilo pomena o „klauzulama" koje recituju RETROSPEKTIVNO, a da sam im morao reći da je to zbog zavisnosti od kockanja ili štete, ovo NIJE PITANO niti dokumentovano nigde, a oni tek nekoliko meseci kasnije obaveštavaju potrošača kao deo ove žalbe o tome zašto je račun ponovo otvoren. SUROVI SMRDLjIVI ŠARLATONI pokušavaju da se pokriju nakon velikih neuspeha, ništa od ovoga nije u skladu sa propisima o kockanju ili merama zaštite za odgovorno kockanje kojih je ovaj kazino dužan da se pridržava!
Uništili su mi život i želim pravdu.
Podneo sam žalbu na ovoj stranici, nadam se da mi možete pomoći, pokrenuću skupe pravne postupke tek nakon što iscrpim sva druga sredstva, poput internih žalbi na velobet putem ove stranice (Casino Guru).

I have served notice on VELOBET that i will be challenging this legally after i get a response from their "internal team who are investigating"
there were major failures by them to stop my gambling , they disregarded KYC measures and allowed me to continue to lose tens of thousands without any bank statements or any KYC measures.
they disregarded my request for PERMANENT closure and said i had to specifically say that its due to gambling additction or harm for them to classify it as permanent, THIS IS HOW MUCH OF A CROOKED ROGUE FIRM THIS IS, I asked for PERMANENT account closure, and was only asked how long i want the ban to be enforced to which I replied PERMANENTLY - FOREVER.
There were no mentions of the "clauses" that they are reciting RETROSPECITIVELY that i needed to have told them its down to gambling addiction or harm, this was NOT ASKED nor documented anywhere and they are only informing the consumer of this moths later as part of this complaint of why the account was re-opened. SHODDY STINKING CHARLATONS trying to cover themselves after major failures , none of this adheres to gambling regulations or responsible gambling safeguard measures that this casino is obligated to follow!
They have ruined my life and i want justice.
I have submitted a complaint on this site, I hope you can help me, i will only persue costly legal action after exhausting all other means like internal complaints at velobet via this site (Casino Guru).
