However, each time I request a withdrawal, it stays on "pending" for several days and then gets canceled without any clear explanation. The support team keeps mentioning technical issues or system updates, but nothing concrete ever happens.
I’ve been patient and cooperative, even re-submitting verification documents multiple times when asked. Despite this, my withdrawals continue to be delayed or canceled.
